The Casas team was on time and got straight to work removing the old roof on day one. The next day their delivery of materials was lifted by crane onto or home and a portable restroom arrived too. On time early again the next day and the team spent the entire day installing and making any repairs. They brought their beautiful green hauler to remove trash from their cleanup. Thanks Angel for constantly keeping in touch with updates and pictures. As a member of the Yelp family, I have found honest feedback from others' experiences. Good and bad. Replied right away and came to surgery my home. Robert got up on the roof and we spoke afterwards. He said he'd send me an email that Sunday night. Everything seemed fine. When I didn't hear from him I text him. Today Tuesday he called me and said he couldn't do the job due to "liability reasons". An addition to my mobile home which is built just like a regular home was a problem, he said. I know where I live several home enclosed their patio making it into an a proper addition. So I'm not sure what the liability is. So, just a heads up yelpers, if you have a similar situation as mine.
