The phone was so old and abused over the years that Jason and the boys nicknamed it "Franken-phone". Not only did they get the phone fired up again, they managed to recover about 90% of the files and photographs. It was an easy process to initiate and their Asurion plan actually saved us fifty dollars. The whole crew was friendly and professional. It was a bit odd that they didn't know about the Cellular Data option of allowing more data on 5G when WiFi is not available, but no biggie. 12/25

I had to bring in both my phone and computer for them to check for viruses and see if anyone still has access to it. However when I got there he basically said Verizon told me BS just to make me feel better because one of their employees didn't do right by my destroyed phone. Anyway they did what they could which was not what Verizon told me.

No pressure to buy more expensive device at all and very patient with our questions. She sanitized everything too before we left the store.
