They walked us through all the new options that were available to us now, and explained the advantages, and disadvantages to us clearly. We love our LED lights so much that we added them in our master bedroom, and bathroom. They were never pushy or tied up with others. When you were with them they stayed with you and made you feel like you were the only customer. They know their stuff! We also put in all new screw less plates over our plugs and switches, that is a great clean look I highly recommend. We even bought new lamps from them for our bedroom. 5/15/2021 I placed an order with Marshall Campbell online on for a pair of DeWalt 60v batteries…read more 5/17/2021 Marshall Campbell debited my bank account almost $300. 5/26/2021 Order was expected to arrive. Time from order to delivery *WOULD HAVE BEEN* 11 days. 5/21/2021 I received a voicemail stating that THEIR supplier had pushed out THEIR ship date until the 1st or 2nd week of September. This is a delay of almost *FOUR MONTHS*. They wanted to know if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to just leave the order in place. Really? They really thought I might be willing to wait *FOUR MONTHS* for a pair of batteries? Unbelievable. I called immediately and let them know I was going the refund route. They sat on my money for a week and a half before contacting me about this and then told me it might take a few days for my refund to show up in my account. Marshall Campbell pointed fingers at everyone but themselves for this clusterfunk.
