This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!)
