He matched a McIntosh integrated amp with a pair of Dali Epicon speakers and a REL subwoofer. He came out to the house, set-up the entire thing and even corrected errors on my video system. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. I had initially taken…read moreit to my local repair shop that is an HP repair shop and I don't think they knew what to do with an inkpad replacement (they weren't able to reset the electronic counter right, since it went off again shortly after). Cheryl checked the inkjet pad but more importantly tried to see if the main black lines for the printer could be revived after they were probably clogged with using unreliable black pigment ink. She was informed in talking about the printer which encouraged me to pickup another one used and stop using bulk black pigment ink in a refillable cartridge (but I still do with dye ink for the colors and photo black.)
