Xavier is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with in my life. He is an expert in his field and honest with exceptional pricing of services. I've had my car serviced there many times and also I've had them inspect a certified used car from the dealership that I wanted to purchase. Not only did they find issues that the 'certified guarantee' missed, Xavier explained every detail of every issue so that someone like me could understand. I was able to go back to the dealership and get everything fixed and finally purchase my dream car. So happy I wasn't on the hook to fix some of the issues. The small amount of money I paid to have the used car inspected paid off big for me. Furthermore, I had the dealership reimburse me for the cost of the inspection. What I love most about Xavier is that he takes the time out of busy schedule to physically show you and explain what was broken and how much it will cost to fix. I brought my car in for some help with an oil change, as I usually do it myself. However, the oil filter cap but had been "rounded off" over the years and I was unable to get a wrench on it. I went in for a third party pre-purchase inspection. Xavier was brilliant! Not only did he patiently explain everything I wanted to know about the car, he took me for a walk underneath it, and showed me what he was talking about. Xavier and team are awesome! I had my S4 brakes replaced and my wife's C300 service done here, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the price. I had grand plans of doing the S4's brakes myself, bought the parts and never seemed to find the time to get the job done. Benzworks had no issue using the parts that I brought in and never tried to tell me that they weren't going to work properly, or sell me on additional parts or services. I've owned a dozen German cars, and while the dealer always does good work their prices are ridiculously high. This shop does the same quality work at half the price , plus Xavier is an honest and sincere guy. He's a pleasure to do business with - something I can't say about most dealers. Excellent, high quality and reasonable cost. Saved us from an electrical system issue. Dealer and other shop were unsuccessful in finding and repairing the problem but were sure to charge us for the unsuccessful attempts. Xavier traced the circuit and discovered damaged bare wires were shorting underneath the fuse/relay block unde the hood. completed the repair once and for all and again - reasonable cost. DISHONEST OWNER....Took my Tahoe in to replace all brake lines ...So I thought ...was quoted $1050 for work in Feb 2018 ..Had work done . November 2018 my brakes went soft..So I crawled under car to see if I could see any fluid leaks... To my surprise ..nothing to rear of Abs pump was replaced.... I called owner to find out why.... His answer was look at your receipt.... I did and sure enough he only replaced the lines forward of the abs pump... and that was written on the receipt.. Had I been told that he would only replace half the brake lines for $1050 ..I would not have had the work done....BUYER BEWARE... another Casey repair shop in the same location that ripped people off read more

Brought my car here broke down with an advanced electrical problem. This shop was very clean and punctual, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for Labor. I have a Scion Xb so shops usually charge waaay too much. They had my problem fixed in just a day at a fair price, I recommend going here to anyone looking for quick work with a fair price. read more

I have huge regrets going here. I have been here many times until I started noticing my car was often having new problems after having been worked on by then. Brought in for alignment and still pulled the same as when brought it in, once brought for headlight repair they called and said the other light went out too. In their shop. While they are working on it. Additional 400$ for the other light, and very little explanation. The kind that you smell a rat. But whatever. Nothing I could prove or disprove. Since that day- lights no longer shine properly, the bright switch doesn't operate as before i brought it in. THEN he tells me they had to replace this other part on one of the lights. Then they adjusted lights down so low i was only able to see 2 center lines when driving at night. These were so far down it made me think they either didn't know what they were doing, or were irritated as this was my second time back after the original repair. I was also starting to notice my car was often having new problems after it left there. Once they left a wooden block stuck to my car., It's been 2-ish years now and i still think of that place when im driving at night- they messed up my car is what they did. I see he's changed his business name since then. Im not surprised. read more
