After the original installation, I raised concerns regarding the quality of the workmanship. The owner, Mark, indicated that he wanted to resolve the issues and offered to apply an additional topcoat to the driveway for an added cost. Based on those representations, I gave the company an opportunity to address the concerns. Despite investing nearly $17,000 in this project, the driveway remains unsatisfactory in my opinion. The surface appears patchy, contains depressions where water collects, and portions of the material began deteriorating almost immediately after installation. These issues have required me to seek evaluation and repairs from another contractor. I was initially assured that the company would stand behind its work and was asked not to engage another contractor while the matter was being addressed. However, my subsequent attempts to obtain a response and resolution have gone unanswered. Due to the condition of the driveway and the lack of resolution, I am currently pursuing legal remedies and have retained legal counsel regarding this matter. Consistent with my attorney's advice, I may provide additional documentation relevant to my experience, including photographs, video footage of the installation process, and records of conversations that occurred during the project, so that others may make their own informed decisions. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding the workmanship, responsiveness, and overall handling of this project. I encourage prospective customers to conduct thorough due diligence, obtain detailed written warranties, and carefully document all project communications before proceeding.

The fix (cleaning carburator, replacing gas) lasted for less than 30 minutes of operational time. I returned to the shop and when I picked up the 2nd fix, I was told the gas in the trimmer was bad. But it was the gas used by the repair shop during the first repair. After the second repair, the trimmer ran for less than 30 minutes AGAIN. I am done with T-Famz.

The doors arrived around the time that James at the Millworks desk said they would and the contracting company doing the work was quick with the scheduling of the work with an understanding that the date could be moved due to weather issues if they should arise. The crew consisted of a team of two men and arrived on the day it was scheduled for and immediately started checking the doors and the areas that they would be getting installed in. After assessing the project the crew lead did find a problem with the front door and said it wouldn't be able to be installed today as they were missing a part. Okay, not a problem to me as I do work in the construction industry and am aware things get missed on occasion. The crew moved the door to the foyer area and left it there as I didn't want it going back to the store. The proceeded to get working on the sliders and that went off without a hitch. Both sliders installed and looked fantastic. The crew cleaned up the work areas and told that they will notify the store about the missing part and that it might be 2 weeks for them to get it and once it arrived they would call and set up the install of the front door. The part arrived and they called as promised and set up the install date for today. The crew arrived on time and set about removing the front door and replacing it with the new door. It was a very smooth process for them and again fantastic work from the crew. The process for selecting the doors at The Home Depot, having a measure tech out to confirm door size, paying for the work, and having them installation done was easy and painless to me. The installation crew was professional, respectful, and worked quickly and efficiently and made sure their work was exceptional and I thank them for that. I would definitely use them again after this experience. A few things to keep in mind though, they do not paint, install door kick plates, door knockers, or doorbells as these items are your responsibility which I figured it would be and you will see that listed within the contract. The teamwork from James, Dave, Norm, Marv, and Angela to make sure this project was completed in a timely manner even with the missing part was fantastic. Thank you all!

Most of the problem was not really visible at first glance, so after years of build up, there was significant damage to subflooring and joists under the flooring. John took everything up and the door out. Cleaned out all the rotten wood and reinforced the beams with new. Meticulously built out a new frame so that we were able to keep our old door, added new wood flooring and restretched the carpeting to bring it all back together. He's very quiet and industrious, and very courteous. We were so pleased that we tried to get him to follow up right away with building a new deck for us, but he's booked until late spring. So we've asked him to come back and we are willing to wait until we can get him again. When you find honest, reasonable people, it's worth waiting for them.
