The ENTIRE experience was flawless from start to finish: The Front Desk Team: The two ladies at the front counter are phenomenal. Every single time I called or walked through the door, they were patient, deeply helpful, and genuinely caring. Their warmth meant a lot to me, especially during a incredibly difficult personal week following my father's passing on March 27th. Communication & Care: I dropped my car off and picked up my rental on Monday, March 30th. Kyle was outstanding to deal with. He was patient, highly communicative, and thoroughly answered every single email and phone call I threw his way. Unmatched Integrity: This is what sets them apart from every other shop in the country. They accidentally caused a minor scratch on one of my windows during the repair. I hadn't even seen it yet, but Kyle proactively called me, took full ownership of it, and completely replaced the glass and the window tinting at zero charge to me--while covering the extra days on my rental car without a single drop of friction. My vehicle was initially brought in January for what appeared to be a suspension related issue involving a joint connected to the wheel and braking system. I was provided with an estimated completion date that was not honored, and my vehicle remained in your possession for approximately a month and a half. Upon return, the vehicle was in unacceptable condition. It continued to shake, particularly while braking, and multiple components appeared to be improperly fitted or not correctly diagnosed. To conclude, I have honestly lost faith in your facility. This entire process has been extremely frustrating, and I am very upset with how I have been treated throughout. At the very least, there should be some level of understanding regarding the inconvenience that has been caused. I would not recommend this location or Andrew to anyone. This experience has been completely unacceptable. We are now at the end of April, going into May, and this issue remains unresolved. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to have the problem corrected through your facility, I requested that the vehicle be evaluated by a dealership. The dealership was able to correct certain issues immediately, which raises serious concerns regarding the quality and accuracy of the repairs performed by your team. Despite this, the primary issue persists, as the vehicle continues to shake when braking. As of yesterday, I took the car to the dealership due to ongoing frustration and lack of confidence in your facility. At this time, the issue has still not been properly identified, which further highlights the failure to accurately diagnose the problem despite having my vehicle for an extended period, including the initial month and a half and multiple return visits since. Additionally, I have been informed by Andrew that my rental coverage is only approved through this afternoon. This is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. The ongoing issues with my vehicle are a direct result of improper diagnosis and inadequate repairs performed by your team. It is not my responsibility to continue to be inconvenienced and disrupt my daily life because the issue was not properly handled the first time. Since January, I have made numerous trips back and forth, wasting time, fuel, and personal resources. Communication has been extremely inadequate, with calls and messages going unanswered for extended periods. This is an insurance claim, and I should not have had to come out of pocket if this had been properly diagnosed and repaired from the beginning. I have already paid over $1,200 out of pocket, including the $435.84 bill I received today for something that could have been addressed if the car had been properly diagnosed from the start, not including the cost of my time and the ongoing inconvenience caused by this situation. Based on the pattern of events, it is clear that my vehicle was not properly diagnosed or repaired. If the issue had been correctly identified and fixed the first time, I would not be entering the month of May still dealing with the same problem. This has been a continuous cycle of delays, misdiagnosis, and incomplete repairs. At this point,this entire experience has been frustrating, time consuming, and completely unacceptable. This matter has been ongoing since January and remains unresolved as we enter May. Andrew's lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to take accountability played a major role in this situation remaining unresolved for months. If the issue had been properly diagnosed from January, I would not have experienced these delays, wasted time, and the repeated inconvenience of multiple trips, unanswered calls, and days where I had to leave or miss work because of this ongoing issue. I do not mind paying out of pocket for costs that should be mine, but my main concern is that if this had been handled correctly the first time, I would have paid, moved on, and not been dealing with this months later. My overall issue with Andrew and his team is the lack of proper resolution from the start, which directly caused and contributed to these ongoing delays. It is also frustrating to feel as though the situation was being turned back on me, when the root issue was the failure to properly diagnose and fix the problem from the beginning. After doing quite a bit of research on several shops nearby, a lot of these insurance recommended shops felt like high turnover and didn't seem specialized for Lexus vehicles. I even made a point to call the nearest Lexus dealership and they recommended what felt like a random "mom n pop" shop. As a last resort, I ended up going through the Lexus website where I found Boyce was one of just a handful of Lexus certified shop in the Chicagoland area. After some initial conversations with Kyle and Josue, I could tell they were considering many different aspects of different safety features that could have been damaged from the rear impact collision. This attention to detail sold me, and although I had to wait a couple weeks to bring the car in for repairs I was convinced they wouldn't miss anything during repair. From the minute I decided to go with Boyce, it was pretty much smooth sailing. Boyce took care of any necessary correspondence needed with my insurance company, scheduled Enterprise Car rental to pick me up from the shop, and were very responsive to any calls or emails checking on status. On completion of repairs, I came in to pick up my car which looked pretty close to brand new, however I had noticed some new damage to the driver's side door which wasn't there before. Luckily, Boyce takes hi res photos of the vehicle before taking in and were able to confirm they were at fault. While it was inconvenient to have to bring my car in a second time, I'm just glad Jim was able to confirm and take care of the damages and 2nd rental vehicle. That was very professional, honest, and detail oriented. Knock on wood I don't need to ever come back for repairs, but if I do I know who to call. 'Til next time, cheers!

The time did not bother me,I don't rush anyone then it seems like they have more time to do an Amazing Job like Boyce did. A Special Thanks to Vince he kept me up to date the Whole Time,they made me think what else could I have them do. Believe me you want a vehicle fixed Right go to Boyce,a few years ago I have my front end fixed another by someone hitting me,now I see what a Crappy Job it was then my Family who only using Boyce mentioned them they are not near me but I didn'tcare I would drive to get the best & I did.
