I just wanted to point out one of their estimators, Jordan. He came to me highly recommended. Of course, nobody wants to have to visit an auto body shop. I was having a horrible day (getting in a crash) and went in not feeling the best. Jordan greeted himself and was extremely friendly and professional. He went out and looked at my car and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. He gave me tips and information on how to go about this with insurance. Jordan was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. His personality and knowledge was extremely helpful and upon leaving, he made me feel so much better. They walked us through every step of the way and I liked the text message updates. They even had my car washed and detailed and filled up my car with a little gas when I accidentally left it on empty. I wish I could give them black stars, the worst of them all is Schamburg auto body. I had got multiple repairs done there for my Honda CRV thru ALL STATE. When I picked my car back up my desk board had multiple signs of brake, engine etc. when I tell the mechanic it he says drive it for 15 days and they will go away. I call them after a month with the same problem cuz it's still there. He tells me that you drive enough. Are you kidding me dumbass. The whole crew including the OWNER, receptionist Kim and the whole crew Is worthless. And in top of that they messed up my trunk. Honestly, I would never bring my car back here again. Took them 3 weeks to finish the repairs on my car when I was told it would only take two. Usually I wouldn't mind since I know things come up now and then, however, the rent a car i needed was coming out of my pocket and I was running low on funds. When I got the car back, my radio was turned up all the way and I didn't understand why. I realized that none of my radio stations worked anymore. At first, he tried to say that it was like that when he got it, and after some yelling (I listened to my radio all the time), agreed to take a look at it. I also realized that my car now pulls to the left worse than it ever did before. I would go back and tell them to fix it but simply can't afford to rent a car for another week or so. ...but they get an extra star for the very sweet dog they had there. read more

We walked in and the woman behind the counter didn't look up, stop talking on the phone, or even acknowledge that there were 2 patrons at the desk. After about 5 minutes (she stayed on the phone making dinner plans) another employee came out, handed us the receipt and said that the keys were in the car. No making sure we were the cars owners just "the keys are in the car." Not impressed at all! read more

After taking time out of his day and driving to and from there he called as he was informed to do the week after and they told him the complete opposite. Oh My Gawd! *Poor Customer Service Alert* As of November 2017 they are under new ownership. I got into an accident and had my car towed there. It sat in their parking lot for about a week and a half before they even did an estimate. They said there were cars in front of mine. Then it took them another week or so to get started on the car because again they kept telling me there were cars brought in before mine. I have voicemails from Xavier saying that they're doing their best their trying to get my car in but it'll be a few more days a few more days. That is what I kept hearing. I have State Farm insurance and they are an elected service provider with State Farm under the old ownership and apparently these new owners got grandfathered in but we were constantly on the phone with them! State Farm looked at my claim and was in awe over how many times I had to call in about my repairs and how many times they had to keep contacting the shop. Finally after one month I got my car back just to find out they didn't do any mechanical repairs like they were supposed to they didn't even check any of the mechanical issues. That was one of the first things I asked them to do was to check that besides the body damage. My fiancé also called and asked them to check the mechanical side to make sure everything was ok. I have a nine-year-old son that I drive around and apparently what they didn't do could've caused severe damage under my car, getting into an accident and/or possibly the wheels falling off. They didn't even have any remorse for allowing me to take my car out of their lot the first time after they said all the repairs were done. So then I had to bring my car back again and it was there another two weeks. The old owner we have had great experience with but the new owners with this accident I was in has been horrific! The middle man Xavier is really nice but he upset me also when dealing with the whole charade. The first month my car was in the shop from November to December 2017 we tried to get the owner on the phone a few times and he kept dodging our calls. Then when it came down to it the second time we were closing out for them to release my car, the owner had the nerve to tell my fiancé that we had work done that shouldn't of been done. Ummm they're the experts. They made the repairs. They did the estimate. I don't get it, the insurance company paid the shop out did everything they were supposed to so for the owner to treat my fiancé and me like that is completely absurd and unprofessional. Completely unfair. Poor customer service! There was more drama than I care to get into with my experience with Schaumburg auto body but this was my experience and to each it's own I understand that but I will never ever ever ever ever ever go back to that place! read more

I'm torn, because this place does great work. I got into a car accident and the person who hit me's insurance led me here as an option. It was close, so I decided why not. They do great work. I can't deny that. My car is running great, it looks great, and they cleaned it like it was brand new. However...the service is...pretty bad. When I dropped my car off, it took forever to check it in. They were so busy and so distracted. I had to call to see if they even had an estimate yet. They were supposed to call me back, never did. I called again later to see if my car was fixed (since I hadn't heard anything in a week) and I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I never did get a hold of them. All in all, they had my car for about a week and a half. They finally called to say I could pick it up (and seemed upset that I wanted to come in the next day...since they gave me late notice and I was at work). Their hours are so inconvenient. They don't work weekends and work weekdays 7:30-5:30. Right around typical working hours. So if you want to take your car in or drop it off, you have to leave work early or come in late. I don't think I would bring my car back here by choice because of the inconvenience and the service. read more

They did a great job fixing my bumper and quarter panel after an accident. Paint matched great and even helped me with figuring out how to get a loaner while my car was down. The headlights were a little off set (which I didn't notice until later the night I picked up the car) but I stopped back in the next day and they straightened them out right away for me. I didn't realize how easy it was otherwise I would have done it myself! My car was a mess and just dirty inside from normal everyday use and I got it back fully detailed. Nice touch to go above and beyond what many other shops dont do because they don't get paid for it. Getting into a car accident sucks...Schaumburg Autobody definitely made it suck less. I'll definitely use them again if I ever find myself in a bind like that again! read more

When i show them this damage ,owner said " You was have this clear coat peel of when you came to us " , its not true. He dosnt like to repair this, now i must pay for repaint hood with my own money . Called to make an appointment after an accident. Ken walked out to my car on a cold, wet day and climbed under to look for damage. Wrote up the estimate and went over it with me. I dropped my car off a week later and was told there was no further damage found. Saw my car shining like the day it rolled off the assembly line. Cleaned inside and out. The New Owner Sebastian Jachymiak-he could careless about how his business is doing. He has four, from what I hear. He can't manage them because he is overwhelmed. He wont hire a secretary, so at the accounting end- It's not getting taken care of. According to the employees, "he tells you what you want to hear!" I am a single mother and I am suppose to receive child support weekly. Before he took over the business, I did. Since 11/2018, I don't know when I will get my check. I have tried calling there weekly to get this resolved. He doesn't return my phone calls. His staff tell me that he WONT! He is taking it from my ex-husband's check weekly but sends it to me a month later or when ever he wants. I have tried talking to my ex-husband about this. He has tried to talk to Sebastian, with no avail. If he would do this to his employee and a single mother-how can you TRUST him with your business? read more

My car is so happy! I went to Schaumburg Auto Body for hail damage and they did an excellent job. The guys there were both nice and honest. I also got my interior detailed and that looks fantastic too. I had a TON of dog hair in the back seat that I figured would never come out but it did. New to area. Was on way to an auto body place recommended by Acura dealership when I passed Schaumburg Auto Body. My issue: the front bumper of our TSX was hanging by plastic as a result of being pulled out by a curb. Limped into Schaumburg Auto Body. Mike assessed the problem, took it to his team, and in ten minutes was back with the news that it had been reconnected: the knowledgeable hands and a few connecting pieces/screws and I was on the road. Just completed a 1,500 mile trip (including some rough gravel, bumpy roads) and the front of the TSX looks good as new. THANK you Schaumburg. I could have been somewhere else for a day(s).
