I went to the Naperville location on 10/24/24 and saw Amy B. for my estimate. My 2021 Kia Seltos had minor fender bender damages and while I would have liked to get my car looking brand new, I am on a very limited (out of pocket) budget. Amy took my car for about 45 minutes and when she brought it back, she had been able to push the fender back into place leaving only paint and scuff issues! It might seem silly, but what Amy did took a 3000 pound load off of my back!! Amy pointed out that it wasn't "perfect" but there was nothing at all wrong with my car and I could drive it until the wheels feel off. Amy took extra time and told me where I could get some touch-up paint (and where to look for the color code in the car door) and what to do if any of the littler pieces "popped out" a bit. A lot of people know what it's like to struggle financially so to be faced with something expensive and cosmetic but that could ultimately negatively impact your car if you DON'T get it fixed, well it's awful. Amy's action made it so that I no longer need to worry about the winter weather making the damages worse. While I don't need to have my car "fixed" anymore, based on the compassion, personalized care and customer service alone I will tell ANYONE that asks me about a body shop to go to Boyce. Amy made massive improvements in my life and because of her customer service created a lifetime customer and walking billboard. read more

Amy! I cannot say enough about this angel of a human! I've had a couple issues with my car and everyone knows how frustrating that can be. I've been shoved around by insurance and other shops for over a year, but was finally referred to Boyce. Amy has helped me time and time again. 2022 Honda was towed here, after being recommended by valley Honda. On 8/22 the vehicle was in a small accident. Per Honda we took it to Boyce auto. They were very nice and happy to get the car. The car sat there for 6 weeks, after we were told they would get to it right away. This type of duck and dodge went on for months. We finally got the car back the day before thanksgiving. It took 13 weeks to get the car back. Now it's 12/15 and we're still dealing with Boyce over adjustments on the vehicle. Most of the problems with this repair is that none of the panels line up. When I said that to the body shop manager, he said if I go to Honda and look at 10 cars none of them will be the same. I guess what he is saying that if Honda does crap work why can't Boyce. read more

My car, a Toyota had the front bumper dislocated in a parking lot incident. I was holding it together using zip ties. When, I brought it in for an estimate I thought it was going to be a big deal. But, lo and behold the honesty and quality craftsmanship from Boyce came through. They were able to reattach the bumper easily because all the clips were still usable by the tech who did a marvelous job repairing the bumper. I bought a brand new 2024 Honda Pilot 2 weeks ago and I was on my way home from work Tuesday evening and someone rolled through a stop sign and hit my new vehicle. I brought it to Boyce Body Werks yesterday and met a wonderful employee named Amy. She was so kind, understanding and knowledgable. She reviewed what options I had, took my vehicle to the back and 20-30 minutes later she brought my car outside. She had worked diligently to "buff out what scratches she could and added touch up paint to a few spots and talked with me about my options. I brought my car home and my husband actually agreed that it looks good. I would recommend this place for any needs. Amy was incredible and I was so happy with the outcome and how she took time to explain our options. I will use them from now on for any needs. Boyce body werks is fantastic. I am always hesitant in taking my car to a body shop in general. Always worry about getting ripped off and charged for things that are not done properly to OEM standards. I cannot stress how happy I was taking my car here after getting struck by a deer and my whole front passenger side was smashed in. Amy and Joe were so great in keeping me informed from dropping off my car, getting parts in order and put on and finally getting the car tested at the dealership to ensure all specs are intact and avoid any warranty related matters. They were excellent to work with, responding right away, a great advocate against the insurance company and the work and quality was just impeccable. I took our GS450h to Lexus of Naperville to fix the AFS light (automatic headlight leveling system), when Cindy came to me with photos of a damaged front bumper, drive side, and a headlight that was no longer functional, ergo, the AFS idiot light being ON. I've been going to Boyce for over 15 years and multiple cars. One of the few body shops I trust to do the job correctly and if there's ever any issues they will always rectify them. My most recent visit they actually beat their own quote by $300 because my vehicle didn't require scanning that I was originally quoted for and The labor time was less than estimated. I was referred to boyce by my best friend and then my mother. Both individuals have an artistic eye for detail. Very important when dealing with detailing work! On April 25, 2016 my fathers birthday no less I backed out of my garage and watches my glorious breathtaking side view mirror be crushed by the side of the garage. Now before everyone says anything, I was going 0 miles per hour just let the natural momentum of the car reverse. Which made my heart break even further since now donations theory of relativity comes into play. It felt as though time almost stopped as I watched my passenger side view mirror be torn off its base!!! I took a photo and immediately called the Nissan dealership to see the price. $411 for the side view mirror and $150 for one hours labor! After calculating that price I found myself going to boyce body works and spoke to Justin. Originally on the phone they were booked but I'm driving with a hanging side view mirror. A huge sign might as well say pull me over officer I'm dumb! Even though on paper they are booked I drove there anyway to see if I could at the very least get my side view mirror cut from the cord. I meet Justin and he only had 8 minutes between appointments and he still took the time to cut my cord and then we begin to email each other for convenience. All in all it costs me bottom line $350. Thank you so much Justin for your professionalism honesty and integrity. I will hopefully never have to come back to Boyce. However life happens, and I am so grateful and blessed to have Justin in my corner especially when I needed my car the most. I own a 2006 Nissan Maxima it will be 10 in October. Was involved in an unfortunate situation where my brand new car was struck by someone who ran a red light. The insurance company incorrectly assessed my car to be repairable, as they were trying to save a few dollars. I call Boyce Body Werk twice in a matter of 10 minutes and two different people that I spoke with were very nice and informative. When I was speaking I was upset, I was freaking out and I had no idea what to do next. Those guys were so nice and because of how nice and friendly they were I decided to check in my car with them. 5 BIG, TWINKLING STARS! (Honestly, don't bother looking anywhere else for an auto body appointment.) Hands down, one of THE best customer service experiences I've ever had. This past weekend - only 2 weeks into my marriage! - while driving my husband's car for an hour, I crunched his bumper something crazy when parking in front of a high curb in downtown Chicago. My husband stayed calm and patient, but cringed in horror when he saw how bad the damage was and was concerned about how we'd get it fixed. The following Monday morning, I took to Yelp to find an auto body shop in Naperville, where we live, that could help me. I saw Boyce's 5-star review and decided to give it a shot. I spoke to Michelle at the front desk, who told me I could come right in. Long story made short: Joe McNamara (along with his team at Boyce Body Werks) is my HERO. When I arrived at the shop, I was seen right away, and Joe was empathetic and meticulous in sharing options with me - including an option that he thought he could pull off at no cost. I wanted to check with my husband, and asked if I could come back a little later after I'd confirmed. Joe welcomed me back a couple hours later, I was seen immediately upon arrival, and we went the no-cost route. After about 15 minutes, Joe asked me to come take a look and the bumper looked AMAZING. I tried my hardest to get him to take a tip, but he refused. Additionally, he told me that if I wanted to come back the next day with some touch-up paint from the Nissan dealership, he'd help touch up the paint that had been scuffed off in the curb crunch. I did, and once again he refused to let me give anything for an awesome job. I seriously can't recommend this place highly enough.
