My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. ANGEL HIDALGO took SIX HUNDRED dollars from my security deposit to re-paint the cabinets, claiming that the "owners claimed the cabinets to be WHITE upon move in." So they take $600 based upon a lie, and it gets even better... I view the property a year later - THEY NEVER PAINTED. Look up the property, the cabinets are BLUE! I got charged $600 for them to supposedly paint them white, and they literally just stole the money. This will not be the last they hear of me.
