The office neighbors told me they hadn't seen him all day and that he was VERY unreliable. Thankfully I paid my deposit on my credit card so I called my bank to put a claim on it. DO NOT order your shirts through here! I've never written a Yelp review - that's how you know it's bad :) There's a place down the street on Lincoln that printed my shirts in an hour!!! Go there!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Seems pointless giving them one star. I was…read moreovercharged $85.56 by Custom Style 1 clothing store on Venice Beach. Sales rep on the floor was all too friendly and said tank tops were $25 each but would reduce the price to $19 if I bought 2 tank tops. I bought 2 tank tops at the agreed price of $19 each and 2 other miscellaneous items. I was told by the same sales rep one misc item was $10 and the other was $15. Total for all 4 items should have come to $63. But I was charged $148.56 total, so merchant overcharged my card by $85.56. Merchant did not provide a receipt, and I being trusting did not ask for one. I discovered the over charge when I checked my bank account the next day. I tried looking up the merchants phone number to dispute the charge but I was not able to find a phone number or other contact information on line. I only found bad reviews on google and yelp. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Shame he's got no integrity that the brits are known for and cant run a profitable business without scamming tourists. Bough 3 joints of him which he said were $15 each ( a huge amount) and found on my credit card bill been charged $140 - almost 10 times the already inflated price, and $63 dollward for 5 seeds he said would be $20. They're so charming and chatty but I realised they never showed me the card reader - stupid trusting me - just like every other reviewer here. Similar thing happened in San fran with a souvenir store currenly called digital Powell (they change the name regulalry to wash the google and other reviews - google, yelp, others - why dont you link reviews to the address not the shop name unless owner can prove they are genuiely under new management - onus on them). Lesson - always ask the price in advnace - if it seems high, walk away even though they will chase yo with increasingly lower prices, it will always be a rip-off. HOw the authoritoes arent aware of these crooks and doing anything about it is beyond me.

We ordered a specific style of shirts for our nonprofit's pre-sold event, trusting a local printer…read moreto get it right since I wasn't on-site to check the shipment. The printer later confirmed that I had ordered the correct style, but they printed women's sizes instead of unisex shirts, which our members had paid for. The tags didn't make this clear, so our volunteers began distributing them before the mistake was discovered. The printer's first "solution" was to claim the shirts were actually higher quality than what we ordered and offer either a 10% discount on a future order or 15 of the correct shirts -- far short of the number we originally ordered. They ignored the fact that our members had pre-paid for a specific style and left volunteers to manage the fallout. Had they accepted their mistake immediately, there is no reason they shouldn't have been able to reprint the shirts so we could have distributed them during our multi-day event. At one point, they suggested we return the misprinted shirts, not to fix the mistake, but so they could destroy them. They repeatedly framed the situation as a retail-style return/refund issue, implying our volunteers or members "took" the wrong shirts, even though this was entirely their fulfillment error. After multiple rounds of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to reprint the correct shirts. However, when we received the corrected batch, two shirts were misprinted, completely omitting the event logo on the back, and one had a hole in a seam. Because of the delays, we had to mail the corrected shirts to members well after the event at our own cost (over $350 as we had attendees from as far away as Germany), losing money on shirt sales and creating extra work for volunteers. At a certain point, it wasn't worth continuing negotiations, so we accepted the reprints at a loss. While the shirts themselves are fine, the fulfillment, communication, and proposed solutions caused unnecessary stress, extra work for volunteers, and financial loss. Anyone ordering for an organization or event should be prepared to follow up closely and push for a solution that actually meets their needs.

They make it easy to email or upload files so there's no need to go in until the print is completed. A couple times I wasn't happy with how the color turned out and they adjusted it and made me another print at no charge. Gwen has helped me several times with my order and has always been very helpful. They are also reasonably priced, and conveniently have a parking lot in front of the store. Highly recommend!

I understand self-checkouts are convenient during rush hours, but a 10-second assist during slow hours for larger packages feels like basic customer service -- which was lacking this morning.

Shipper Beware - FedEx - 1006 Wilshire Blvd - Santa Monica Location Cannot Be Trusted…read more I shipped a watch to my nephew from the FedEx Santa Monica location, only for an empty package to arrive at its destination. This is completely unacceptable. I firmly believe the watch was stolen before it ever left the location. There was no damage to the packaging to suggest tampering in transit -- just an empty box. FedEx needs to hold this location accountable and take theft seriously. I trusted FedEx with a valuable item, and that trust has been completely violated. Shipper beware -- do not use this location!

My company needed to print 150+ t-shirts for a fundraising event that we were hosting. I called Tees On Demand and spoke with Lauren who was absolutely wonderful. She was very sweet, friendly, and professional. She also gave me an amazing deal and saved my company a good chunk of money. We were originally going to go with another vendor and if we had gone with them, we would have spent $250 more! I reside and work in Irvine and the only time I had to pick up the t-shirts was after work. I left at 5, sat through traffic, and didn't get there till 7:30! They close at 6 so I was feeling very anxious because my boss wanted the t-shirts the next day. I called Lauren and told her that I was going to be late and was having a panic attack but she comforted me and told me that she would wait for me!! When I arrived at the shop, Lauren was super welcoming! And when I saw the t-shirts, I was very impressed with the quality. I also met G, their graphic designer, who printed the t-shirts. He was really cool and friendly as well. I had a fantastic experience with Tees On Demand. They made everything a lot easier for me. They had great customer service and their shirts looked awesome! I was in a pretty desperate situation when I found Tees On Demand. I had been screwed over by another company and left with 60 blank hoodies and shirts that needed to be screen printed. I graduate in a few days and needed to get this stuff done and distributed ASAP! Every other place I called would not even consider processing an order earlier than two weeks out. I brought them a picture of a design that I'd like to use, and their graphics guy did an amazing job replicating it. I dropped off the gear yesterday, and it will be done today. Despite their enormous workload, they took the time to prioritize my order. I have dealt with plenty of screen-printers and this company does it better than anyone I have ever seen. Lauren was extremely helpful and returned all of my phone calls quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was completed in time. These guys do business right. They treat you well and make sure things get done right, the first time! I love to see that a small business in Santa Monica can outperform any of the online super-distributors of screen-printing! Are you a skeptic when it comes to seemingly inflated reviews? Let the crew at Tees on Demand restore your faith in the veracity of yelp reviews. After researching various print shops in the LA area that offer low volume (most print shops avoid orders fewer than 30 due to the small profit margins) same day prints, I contacted Prong and her team regarding a set of 2 tees that needed to be printed by the end of the day. To my amazement, I received a prompt and detailed reply within 20 minutes! I was a bit apprehensive about their initial recommendation, which entailed the use of a DTG printer, but I decided to take a leap of faith despite my misgivings. I arrived at their office at 4:30pm and was out the door with a clean, crisp, digitally printed shirt by 4:50pm. The total cost for the printed shirt: $10. At the risk of sounding completely biased, I am going to go out on a limb and say that they exceeded my expectations and have definitely earned my trust. I officially ordered my shirts yesterday, paid for the order today, and got a call this evening that my order was already completed and ready for pick-up! I worked mainly with Lauren, who obviously genuinely cares about her customers as individuals and is willing to work as hard as possible to get the order completed as soon as needed and is great at communicating via both email and phone! She's super friendly and professional! awesome place, awesome staff, quality work, very good prices. Its been a long time since i've walked into a business and left completely satisfied for what i paid for. the shop is clean and the atmosphere is great. its always a plus when you walk into a place where everyone seems to love their job. it really makes a difference. when they were finished with our shirts i still wanted to hang out there. they were playing good music as well. this place saved us when we were in a time crunch. We only had a few hours till our shirts needed to be done and they had them finished in 30 min. they didn't try to up-sale, they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, they just got our shirts done and got us on our way. amazing business and i will definitely be back there for other projects. I work at a production company - and if anyone works in this business they know random things pop up and I need to get things done ASAP no excuse! I was ordering totes from a different company for the past year and they would take too long on orders, my orders would be missing and they were quite expensive. Once I came in, the owner showed me the amazing digital printers they use to print T shirts. My family and I are from Maine. We went on vacation in California and wanted matching shirts for the whole family. We had someone draw a design and by the time they finished it, there was one day before we were heading to DisneyLand (where we wanted to wear our matching shirts). We were really on a time crunch, and so I came to yelp.com to find a place in LA that does on the spot printing. Lauren and Tees on Demand were fantastic to deal with. The price was completely competitive with online options, but we got great hands-on, face-to-face service and a quick turn-around time. She was extremely helpful with recommendations as to where to purchase the tees and what kind of tees/colors would be best for digital printing. Go here. Just. Go here. They're awesome. Prong is awesome. I'm running the LA Marathon on Sunday to honor my father, who is living with Parkinson's disease. My wonderful friends and family helped raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation, so I wanted to make a running shirt that honored everyone involved. As an individual (as opposed to a company) with a relatively small order : 6 custom Baseball Jersey Tees....I was ready for a high price, long turnaround and/or "Sorry we can't accommodate orders that small..." I had the opposite experience altogether!! I changed the design specifics halfway through and STILL got the perfect jerseys in under my time deadline of 8 days!! These guys are the best!! They're so nice, charismatic and easy to work with. I can't say enough great things about how the company is run, their professionalism and the quality of product Tees on Demand provides. We needed school sport tees with a difficult design of multi layered colors, with printing on both front, back and even on the side of the t-shirts. They did a phenomenal job on creating uniforms for my Varsity Gay League kickball team. I walked in with a design idea on a post-it note and they perfected that idea awesomely and the uniforms look uber professional for what we actually paid for them. Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

I reached out to Custom Creations after passing by their location inside the Ovation Hollywood/Hollywood Ovation. Not only did Rami give me a great breakdown, but shared about their fast turnaround and parking information (w/ validation). He responded to ever interaction and question in a more than timely manner. The have fair as well as competitive pricing for high quality work.
