I went in for one issue and she started to berate me about my hormones. I've seen my own hormone provider successfully for over 9 years and didn't come to this appointment for anything related to my hormones. I thought maybe she had a bad day, but my husband saw her on a different day and when he emerged from his appointment he said "I never want to see her again, that was horrible." Again, he went in for one issue and she decided to focus on his cholesterol at 161 which is not even high. But she began to scribble on her note pad to take fish oil, (he said, I took one this morning and her response was "you should have taken 2) flax seed and get a follow up appointment to have labs drawn again. My husband is 60 years old, 6'1, 195 pounds and 15% body fat, impeccable labs, great blood pressure and very low PSA lab because he takes HRT. I would caution anyone from choosing this provider if you don't like being talked down to, berated and intimidated. I have nothing positive to say except we will never be back in her office again.

All they are concerned with is lining their pockets! First visit $195, then $15 blood draw, then paying upfront for ordering of pellets of $122.54, then a follow up of $175.50 then finally the insertion of yet another $195!!! There were 2 other blood draws of $15 each. I had been paying $300 from a specialist up until just recently she raised her price to $350. And yes, that's pellets and insertion. I paid WVNC almost $800 to feel like shit!! Dr Huynh did not listen to me, she reduced the dosages to my detriment. Then, when it was time for next insertion, they want to do a follow up, then pay up front for the ordering of pellets, then another appointment for insertion. WTF!! But, then Dr. Huyhn tells me she thinks we need to wait because of my levels. Again, did not listen, I told her my history. Thank goodness I was able to get with my previous provider who knows what she is doing and I will be feeling better soon. My mistake for taking convenience over experience. Additionally, they push their supplements. Worst experience ever. I am too old to deal with incompetence and doctors who don't listen. If that is what you want then WVNC is the place. Think twice and real hard before going here; they don't listen, push crappy supplements and charge an exorbitant amount of money.

From what I understood it was for people that don't keep their appointments as in not show up. My appointment was on Monday. I canceled my appointment on Friday because my husband surprised me with a little road trip. Clearly more than 24 hours ahead of time I called to cancel my appointment. Asked for my deposit back and I was refused. The $25 is completely nonrefundable. If I were to make another appointment in the future, they would use that towards my appointment, but that is not what I wanted. I would've liked my money back and when I make another appointment for them to take another deposit that would've been fine. I will never walk foot back into that office because it's under principal at this point how dare they keep my money?

No one likes visiting the Doctor…read more Great service, I went to Med-Cure Internal Medicine for my yearly physical. I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait, we all know how busy doctors offices can be, especially good doctors. I signed in, and updated the required paperwork. The waiting room had a few people however I was called back very quickly. After taking my vitals I went into a patient room and the doctor arrived a few minutes later. After speaking with the doctor I was given paperwork about my visit and I was on my way out the door. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and the doctors address any concerns you have. If you ever find yourself in need of medical care and want great service from professional health care providers who are dedicated to your wellness, look no further.

A few years ago he switched up my BP meds and didn't tell me during our visit. I had to find out about the switch at the pharmacy so I declined the new meds as I didn't know the side effects. I tried to contact Jasrotia about it but was unsuccessful as he won't talk to you in any manner without another appointment. I feel that he pushed the new meds and another appointment for money reasons. Recently, May 2026, during a physical, my blood test showed a lower than normal eGFR score (kidney function score). I had to draw his attention to this score as he either didn't see it or didn't care and started to move on. After asking about the lower number he told me not to worry about it and would re-test me in 6 months. He also said he couldn't diagnose me with CKD (chronic kidney disease) without that number being low for 3+ months. I felt 6 months for a re-test was a little long to wait but took his advice not to worry. A few days later, I read his clinical notes from my appointment and I saw that he diagnosed me with CKD stage 3a. I was shocked! I called the Medcure clinic in an attempt to speak with his nurse in order to get a call back or some communication from Jasrotia and she set up a time later that day for a conference call. Later that day, I received a call from yet another member of the clinic who said that I would receive a link in order to join a tele-health appointment. I refused saying that I just had some questions for the doctor. I didn't want to pay for another appointment just to ask a question from a previous visit. He refused to talk with me outside the appointment and still, several weeks later, has made no attempt to contact me by any means. I feel he is putting money before his patients. I then got a second opinion on my CKD diagnosis from another clinic in June 2026 and they gave me a blood test. They told me that Jasrotia was not authorized to diagnose me with CKD yet. My blood test with the other clinic showed a normal eGFR score clearly showing that Jasrotia was wrong to make the diagnosis. The problem I see is that I have a permanent record at Medcure showing that I have CKD Stage 3a when, in fact, I don't. I also don't know how to get it changed in my records. I am currently leaving his practice due to his ethics in these m
