The owner here is so friendly he was nice to me and my kids . But the reason is the lady that works here is always rude to me she's mean and I let it go but this time she accused me of braking a glass window from the washer machine i told her " wait a minute no I did not and said yes you did this wasn't here before and honestly I told her I don't need to lie about this idk what she was doing during her shift that she never noticed it there was no signs not to use it . I had enough with this lady I told her I don't wanna argue with you. Please call the owners I don't want you to make up a lie that I did this when I know I did not . She refused to give me their number and refused to call. She said I'm gonna report it and I told her call them so they can check the cameras because I know I did not do this unless she already knew about it and she needed someone to accuse. I heard her talking to ppl about what happened and I went up and told her your mean and rude and you have a nasty attitude:/ idk but honestly she probably thought I'm a teenager or in my 20! To treat me like if I was a little girl :/ I'm in my late 30! And I will not tolerate this. Or be treated this way I rather leave and be at peace.

I don't live close but the alterations done on my clothes have been so amazing it is worth the drive. I have taken my oversized suits, formal dresses and gowns to get them altered and you would think I bought it that way. Incredibly professional and such a delight to visit. It can be pricey but I think when you are altering very expensive clothing, it is worth it. Especially with the way clothes are made so by heap nowadays. If you have a good base/foundation to work with and good fabric... do what I did and save the clothes! Get them altered here. You won't be sorry

Today was the fist time that the employee on site took my clothes out of the washer and left them in a cart. She said other people needed the machine and my clothes were sitting for over 30 minutes. Yet my other loads were right next to it and had also just finished. It wasn't more then 5 minutes my clothes had stopped and my clothes was taken out. I didn't like that. My underwear and bras were just left there for everyone to see. I under other people need to use the machines but sometimes you have to wait just like I do when the machine I need isn't available. I'm disappointed this happened here, more so the fact that the lady said it had been over 30 minutes when I knew in fact it had only been a few.

The staff at this location washes the water tanks for those complaining that's it's dirty I'm sure you have smell in other laundromats recycle stinky water well this is the reason why and that's why this location washes those tanks to avoid that smell. For those complaining about burns or stains I think that is you not using the correct product. Before you use the machine you can pre wash the machine and then load your clothes. If you think it's expensive then you might not appreciate quality.
