Took some old Jerseys that haven't been cleaned or anything, (I know disgusting) but I hardly wear them it's rare, they're mostly hanging in my closet. But finally I chose to get them looking fresh and made it clear to them that I want these clean, not shrunk or faded and they got it done fabulously with no issues. The old man helping was very polite and understanding. These jerseys aren't cheap and most of them you can't find anymore so for them to take care of them the way they did was unbelievable and spectacular. This place used to be my go-to dry cleaner called New Vista Cleaners back in the day. Not sure what happened to that family, but Downey Crystal Cleaners filled the void and then some. Now that my husband is slowly returning to the business world after some time away, we have used these guys twice. I'm happy to say we won't have a problem patronizing this location at least once a month in the near future. PROS + fast drop-offs + laundry/dry cleaning done in a timely manner + good rates (posted a photo on 11/8/19) + super fast pickups (LOVE the new automatic system) + friendly customer service - the free lint roller I received just before my Christmas pickup was a nice touch! + MY FAVORITE PART - no strong chemicals or weird funky smells fuming off of the husband's business shirts! CONS - not really a con for me personally, but they are closed on Sunday! - terrible car parkers in this area... The service is very welcoming and friendly! I didn't get the man's name but he knew exactly what my dress needed since it had wrinkles and I needed it for my sister's wedding. My dress only took 2 days to be ready, which was awesome and fast in my opinion. Side note: They do have Apple Pay but your total needs to be $10+ in order to qualify. read more

I rarely need dry cleaning services for my personal closet but my husband wears a suit to work every day, so I found myself searching for a place to drop his suits off. I was happy to find this gem right here on yelp! As far as pricing goes, they're a real deal. We used to take my husband's suits to another place that charged almost double. When we took them to a place that's a bit cheaper than here, it didn't seem like they took great care. This place fell in the middle with pricing, but for the work that was done they did an outstanding job. The turnaround seems to be 2 days, but I bet they would do it faster if you asked! We just have not had that kind of urgency yet. It looks like they do tailoring as well, but again, haven't needed that service. Definitely recommend coming here if you're in search of a dry cleaner! I would NOT RECOMMEND this place. Had a beautiful Sherpa jacket DRY CLEANED and they ruined it. The color faded and it shrank!!! I specifically asked the owner (Asian man) to be mindful of this. He replied, "we are the best". This jacket was a deep rich navy in color with off-white accent (plaid), and now the navy looks washed out and the off-white is a bright bleached white. Also, the sleeves were very long and now I just can't wear it because the sleeves shrank? WTF? If you look at the Before and After images, you can clearly see the color difference and the SHORTER sleeves! They came highly recommended so I thought I'd try them. The jacket was so different that the person recommending this place felt so bad they paid me to buy a new jacket. They were so embarrassed of the returned condition. Very sad and upsetting to have to go through this! ... just not worth it! I should have simply taken it to my regular dry cleaners but I was in the area. I have been coming to this business for many years, and I was shocked at the horrible treatment I just received from the owner. They lost a belt of a brand new jumpsuit -- he argued that they did not loose it. When we decided not to leave additional clothes, he threw them at us. Very disappointing and sad. Horrible service, I need my dress altered so I dropped it off early in the day, was told the seamstress gets in at 3 and they'd call to let me know if the work could be done. I waited till 5p didn't receive a call so I called to check, was told to come in and try it on. I get there they are only speaking in their native language as I stand there trying to figure out what's going on (the language wasn't the issue) the problem came when I asked to try the dress on so they could see how much room I need, they then start laughing at me, then I ask are they going to be able to alter the dress and they tell me yes but it'll be 60$ When I originally came in I was told no more than 20$. These ppl are rude and discriminate will never be going here again read more

They did a good job on my blazers and they're pretty honest people. I stashed my expensive watch and a few honorary pins in one of my blazer pockets and the owner went to the back to grab a little envelope and emptied the contents in front of me before even retrieving my garments. I have always brought in my work suits to this location. I've never had any complaints with their work. My suits always come out as they should. One time the bottom of my pant leg lost the threading and needed to be hemmed. They hemmed it and did a great job! I've also had a situation with my pant zipper where I accidentally broke it.
