I am not sure if he is familiar with the mistakes happening within his office.. beware that they will charge you additional $$$ without informing you before hand and then charge you almost $1,000 AFTER the appointment takes place. If you aren't able to afford it, they send it to collections and refuse to see you until it's paid. I will be seeking a different specialist.

Sonia worked with us for the last 5 months while we waited from her to be eligible for new ones. Today she received her new hearing aids & we couldn't be happier with the entire experience & look forward to include Sonia in this new chapter of hearing. Sonia is very patient focused and wants all patients to have the best hearing possible. Looking forward to continuing this relationship with her.

Not even 1 minute later Dr Jake came and rushed into the room! He was very hurried and didn't even really take the time to understand what I have going on. He did a very quick exam on my nose, ears and throat. After he rambled off a list of things that I would be experiencing (which I am if he would have given me any time to respond). And as quickly as he came in shuttled me off to the nurse to order a few tests. I was out of his office and in my car in ten minutes. He literally told me that some of my ear problems are totally fine and I can continue to "deal with it" by putting ear plugs in my ears, but no expectations for anything! I left here feeling frustrated and like a number! I completely re arranged my clients today to get in here! What a waste of time!

It has been two and a half months since my insurance carrier "Blue Cross Blue Shield" caught an overcharge from this company of $2,300. After Blue Cross Blue Shield contacted this company and told them that the original hearing aids they charged me for we're not the hearing aids that I received and I was only to be charged $450, The company said we will issue a refund immediately. The company was well aware of this because they fit and explain how to use the hearing aids before they allow you to leave . The company then called me and said I will have a refund check in one week. Needless to say, after calling every single week multiple people asking where my check is they are still giving me the runaround. The next step is getting a lawyer. They make you sign a contract when you first order hearing aids and they say it is a purchase order but it is not! It is an agreement that you will pay the inflated price for hearing aids through their company. I received better and honest treatment at Sam's Club without the inflated prices. Please don't waste your money and be taken advantage of by using this company!

If I waited more that 24hours I would only be allowed to buy the Miracle Ear hearing aides that were 3x the price! The Miracle Ear representative even called his wife who works for Miracle Ear also. I was standing at the front desk and in a rude tone of voice, Danni said, "do you have an appointment here. Danni was verbally abusive and does not like people, she is not friendly. Danni said something extremely fast. I said I'm sorry, what did you say? She got up out of her chair and was talking very loudly and she said your ID and insurance. I said I can hear you, you do not have to speak to me that loud. Danni got even louder and nastier and said Id and Insurance. I said I just gave that to you. I said I can hear you, you do not have to speak to me like that, you are speaking very loudly. In a nasty aggressive tone she said, well you said you couldn't hear me. I said I did not understand what you said because you were speaking very fast. She got even louder. There was another customer standing at the desk watching all of this. I find it hard to believe that you let an employee mistreat customers like this. Danni needs to be fired and find a job where she is not required to provide excellent customer service. Keep in mind this is a highly risky surgery due to it's location. In addition, I didn't have a great vibe when I saw him, his recommendation was way too quick and he was way too eager. This added stress to an already stressful situaton. The other doctor's I saw for another opinion did not say surgery must happen. I'm seeing a trend here with other reviews I'm reading. All these years later (probably 20) no surgery and I'm doing just fine.
