Although I shared my past results, I was told by Fairy that IPL can't remove dark spots or freckles, which contradicts both my experience and widely available information about the treatment. After the session, I didn't experience any of the typical post-treatment reactions, such as redness, and I saw no results in the weeks that followed. Overall, this felt like a combination of outdated equipment and limited experience with delivering effective IPL results. I wouldn't recommend this spa for IPL.

When I called management to resolve this, the situation escalated unprofessionally. After explaining that I had wasted nearly two hours in travel time based on Cameron's instructions, Cameron hung up on me as soon as I identified myself. A subsequent call with the manager responsible for the South Austin location was even more distressing, as she admitted to instructing Cameron to hang up on me. I find this level of disrespect and the conflicting information provided by your staff completely unacceptable.
