I don't want to go down that road, and though I'm still in my 50s, I like to be proactive about my health. First, there is plenty of parking at an easy-to-find building in Lakeway. Golden Ears is a nicely designed office with a soundproof "room." Dr. Penaroza has a great personality; she answered all my questions, and gave me a clear assessment of where I'm missing hearing quality. She showed me my results the same day and provided a fair estimate of when I might expect to purchase hearing aids. I'm not quite there yet, but when I do, I'll be ordering them from Golden Ears.

I've never been surprised by a costly prescription from her. I don't get the impression she's in this for the money, but instead, sees patients because she cares about people and their health. I made my husband see her when he had a nasty bout of bronchitis this year. My hubby's one of those guys who never does what doctors tell him and has to be nearly dying before he'll even go see one. I don't know how she did it, but he actually listened to her! He actually finished his meds! Amazing! I hesitate to mention this, but she's also extremely attractive. Her picture on CPPA website doesn't do her justice. I'm only adding this because because my jaw nearly dropped when she walked in. Don't let that scare you, though, because she isn't one of those cold or fluffy beautiful people--she's extremely kind and really knows her stuff. If you're looking for a GP, I can't recommend her highly enough. She's a treasure!

I called the office to inquire if my minor medical issue qualified, super friendly, and professional Individual answer my call and put me on a brief hold, came back in, said that most definitely did qualify and that if it worked with my schedule, they could see me Within two hours. The nurse practitioner delivered fantastic medical care, address, and solve my medical condition that need treatment I am considering signing up for their membership, but there is something I need to evaluate with my overall medical insurance/care plan and a discussion for another day Bottom line here...
