No longer exists. Billboard is still there but building is gone! I arrived to nothing but open grass, insects, and my own annoyance.

Old building but quiet, clean and cheap rooms. I've stayed at a LOT of Hotels that we're triple the price and they were only slightly nicer.

The tank was misaligned so the seat and lid fell down pretty easily. The lavatory faucet was loose and could swivel side to side when you tried to adjust the temperature of the water. The only light in the bathroom was the built-in light around the mirror glaring at you. No ceiling light so seeing what your hair looked like was near impossible. Coffee was good but the rest of the breakfast looked like powdered eggs and precooked meats. Standard fare for breakfast included hotels which is why I ate somewhere else. The thermostat on the wall was non-functioning. Thankfully, the controls inside the unit were operational and cooled the room quite well (even with it being 100+° outside. No coffee maker in the room but they did have coffee machines in the breakfast area but that means having to get dressed and go downstairs just to get your first cup of coffee. Nice clothes closet, comfortable bed, choice of type of pillow, plenty of AC outlets and usb charging ports. My second day there my key didn't work. The person behind the counter tried to blame me and said I must've had it close to my phone or in my wallet close to a credit card. It was in my shirt pocket the whole time and close to nothing. Neither key worked. They made the mistake but tried to blame me. She did not apologize for wrongly blaming me or for the mistake made by Holiday Inn. Needless to say, I won't stay here. I'll stay at the Hampton Inn just up the street. The only negative there is that you have to pay for parking. In Mesquite, Texas.

Location is very convenient, receptionist, a young girl was very pleasant and nice, inside was very bright and spacious and smelled fresh. No old rugs, or old furniture. Pool was open from 9am to 9 pm, hot breakfast from 6.3 to 9.30am, WiFi and complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. I liked hotel, it was mentioned as a family friendly hotel and it indeed was. Clean, pleasant staff, hot breakfast and safe, convenient location, we had it all. I will recommend! Check reviews on travel sites. P.s I just looked at pictures from 9 years ago and yes everything looks so much better, modern and different. They upgraded amenities. Bathroom was very clean and beds comfortable and fresh.

Room was comfortable enough once you get used to the funky smell and it cooled down. AC unit was off at check in. The free breakfast sucked. The was only a choice of two cereals and I hate milk. Signs all over the place telling you what you can't do! No loitering, no visitors, no taking your free crappy breakfast back to your room, etc.

Several months ago my husband got a reservation at this hotel. He wasn't able to come with me to…read morethe Bible conference so I came alone. I pulled up about 7pm and it looked closed; dark, empty parking lot, just odd. I was worried it had gone out of business so I called to check and make sure I was in the right place and it was open. The lady who answered was a little short but I figured I misread the tone and went inside. I gave my reservation number to the person at the desk when I walked in and she was snappy. She gave me my key and I went to my room. While it isn't the nicest room I've ever been in it is clean and quiet. The bathroom had no pressure but the water was hot so that wasn't terrible. I am staying alone so I turned in the television and no channels worked. Weird. I called the desk to ask if I had done something wrong and the same wonderful lady answered the phone with an attitude saying "it must be the cable company the television is fine" uh...okay? I paid for a service and expected it to work or at least a "oh I'm so sorry let me call the cable company" something more than "it's not the tv" So, the room is clean but shabby. The water is hot without pressure. And I have to watch television on my phone because the television doesn't work. For the price I paid I'd expect a little better service. So if you only need to sleep and rinse off this place works; if you want a comfortable stay maybe go elsewhere.
