I called a bunch of electricians for a small job and Keith was the only one who responded in a timely manner! He was also able to come to my house relatively quickly. I had a hot tub pump that was not working as well as a light fixture and some GFIs that I wanted replaced. Keith spent several minutes diagnosing the pump and determined that it wasn't a circuitry issue. No charge for that diagnosis! After the original estimate, I decided to proceed with the work. His son showed up right away to do the actual work, which was to replace outlets with GFIs. He also came back late into the evening after I had time to purchase the light fixture replacement. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and and did not nickel and dime me for every little item. Additionally, his son did a great job of cleaning up. The price was very low but after comparing to others it seemed too low. When I asked for a walkthrough estimate they scheduled me for a Wednesday but they didn't show up. I recently had my main panel upgraded by Keith and it took several months to complete. He barely shows up and when he does, only worked less than an hour and left without saying a word. He always says he'll show up but never did and not a single text or phone call was received. The only time he's quick to text or call is when he demand another payment when hardly any work was done. He cuts corners and does sloppy work making unnecessary holes on the walls, lag screws going into stucco with no hollow anchors to secure the panel and conduits can be easily pull right out. Electrical panel and conduits are not level or straight even after he "fixed" it. I was left without any power in the kitchen for a week. He crossed the electrical wires and the garage door motor stopped working including the garage light and outlets are now reading hot neutral reversed. I hired another Electrician to fixed what he messed up. All my Electronics including Appliances would have been fried if i didn't act quickly and luckily, my house didn't catch on fire by bad electrical work! He would not answer phone calls or texts after he received the final payment and does not care what problems you begin to experience afterward. He is incompetent and I would never recommend him or this company to anyone. He showed up to work in a Dodge Challenger wearing baggy jeans holding his crotch while talking. Not a professional impression from someone who is hired by a client to work for. I almost fired him at one point but it was already too late. read more

I hate to do this but I had a time set up with their office to get an estimate at my home. No one showed. No call. No email. Nothing.

Had a main breaker fail on a Saturday during a long holiday weekend. No power and no heat to house !!Called TEK Electrical and was quickly routed to Keith to come out and check the problem. He showed up in just an hour or so to troubleshoot. The breaker was unfortunately shot and he was willing to drive to get the part in San Jose the next morning when the supply store first opened.
