Just discovered this place and me and my husband tried them out ... very nice place and our date was wonderfully executed

I get no pleasure from writing these kinds of reviews. Stopped at Tekilas for lunch. The rather large restaurant was pretty much empty. Clean, somewhat plain space, sat at the large bar. Ordered a steak fajita burrito, but what i received were steak fajitas. Mistakes happen, he would have taken it back, but I had waited a LONG time already so I just kept it. However, it was pretty disappointing. Now I think fajitas are pretty boring anyway, but the steak was way overdone and yet everything was just warm. The beans and rice just warm. Here's hoping I don't get food poisoning . I don't know if this was typical quality for them, but I probably won't come back. read more

The food is authentic and amazing. The staff are kind and courteous. Great place. I love it. Outdoor seating available in nice weather.

I saw some good reviews, so I wanted to try this spot while out of town. When I arrived I parked in the private lot. I walked in and was greeted and decided to sit at the bar. Alfonso was my bartender/server, and he was also serving the entire restaurant along with a couple of others. They need a few more hands on deck. I started with the margarita, which I didn't care for. I then had the merlot, which was good. For my meal, I had the El Ranchero, and that was with chicken and shrimp. It was a tad salty. Sat at the bar and was ignored for about 5 minutes. Margarita glass was half full. Salsa was mostly just water. I ordered the tacos but they were gross. The chicken and steak just tasted like overpowered seafood which tells me they don't clean the grill. Too much grease. When I needed something I always had to politely ask then politely raise my voice to get any attention. Overall a bad experience from beginning to end. Save your money. Go somewhere else. read more

Great portions, yummy margaritas and good service. We ordered a chorizo and cheese appetizer before dinner, and it was really good. The chorizo and steak (I forget the actual name) burrito I ordered hardly had any meat in it and was mostly rice and beans. My daughter enjoyed her fish tacos though. We would visit again, I just wouldn't order the same burrito. read more

We first went here a few weeks ago. I had a basic taco and my husband had chili relleno. Both were very good. We went back tonight for dinner. We had the Burrito Rulets and Tekila fajitas again both were very good. Our plan was to go to MARGARITA Azul tonight,until we read recent reviews. So glad we didn't. We have been to most of the Mexican restaurants in the area and this place is the best of all of them. Pictured are the ( guant) burrito and the fajitas. We had leftovers. My friend and I stopped for lunch today at Tekilas. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly and our lunch order came out quickly. I had a lunch order of steak fajitas; the portion was plenty for lunch and came with lettuce, pico, sour cream, beans or rice with choice of tortilla. Some of the veggies were a little over blackened. Portion was plenty and prices are reasonable. My friend D had a chimichanga which he commented was very good. We had to go back to work or I would have tried the Mojito special. Oak street is very busy so left turns in and out can be tricky sorry no pics. read more

Food was good with good prices. Rice was a little on the cold side but tasted great. Alfonso was the server and was great.

Ordered the quesadilla los Cabo's. The grilled shrimp and onions were very tasty. Wife ordered the carnitas platter. She loved the carnitas but didn't care for the amount of grease on the plate. Alphonso provided great service. read more
