Step inside and the employee behind the counter doesn't greet you -- they snap that there's a catered order and it'll be 25 minutes just to place an order. If your operation collapses because of one catered order, you're not running a restaurant; you're running a cautionary tale. And let's be honest: their food isn't remotely good enough to justify a 25‑minute delay. Not even close. At this point, they need real management, not whatever is happening now. Otherwise, they should clear out and let a business that actually respects customers -- and understands the basics of fast food -- take over the space.
