The owners, possibly a husband wife, were very accommodating and worked together to ensure efficienct service. The menu had a mix of classic American-Chinese offerings (kung pao chicken, orange chicken), but also typical Japanese faire (sushi/sashimi, bento boxes, and udon noodles). My wife loved her hot and sour soup and kung pao chicken, while I love my bento box with fried rice, 4 piece California roll, salad, and pepper beef. We saw other guests who ate sushi and it looked really good. If you tire of lechon asado, mofongo, and all manner of fried appetizers, this is a great option!
