Called and left a message on Whitaker's answering system. At 9:01am the next morning I was called by Whitaker and told they would have a technician out later that day. Amazing! Gary, the tech, called me and said he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself and got right to work. Three hours later a broken sensor tube had been found, repaired, the system evacuated, refilled with refrigerant and the system restored. It was a repair you expect but rarely experience. Professional, courteous, experienced and efficient. Ask for "Gary"! Glad I found Whitaker Heating and A/C. Now if we could only get our politicians and school teachers up to that level!

He came to check it again recently because I told him Phil accused them of not noticing a problem with the air handler. He was very rude and insinuated that the other people didn't know what they were doing; I had the other guys come out again to check it again today.
