Took 2 trips to/from Telluride w/ Telluride Express - both on time w/ pleasant Drivers who educated us about the local history and current activities. They went far above and beyond the call of duty getting my sunglasses back to me. My driver Jeff had left a voicemail letting me know I had left my sunglasses in his car on my drop off at Telluride. I did not pick up the voicemail until I had checked thru TSA in my return trip. Got thru to the home office to explain the situation and let them know I was boarding in 20 minutes. They dispatched another driver Darren, who picked up the sunglasses from their office and then drove to the airport and got the sunglasses thru security in time for me to board. Having used this company multiple times we've given second and third chances to "get it right" and due to a mix of driver issues and even worse customer service on their phone / scheduling lines, I am left to conclude that this company does not authentically care about its customers' experiences. read more

Complete rip off. Over $100 to go 10 miles from Telluride Airport to Telluride each way. Terrible service; they don't answer the phone, had to wait 25 minutes to make a reservation, and then took another 30 minutes because costs so convoluted. They ended up taking an extra $54 from my credit card without authorization, ten days later still waiting for refund they said they would make. Trip back to airport came 30 minutes late. Set up a Lyft or Uber, just call them 1.5 hours ahead of time. read more

City of Telluride is offering new service through Telluride Express - drive to base of Bridal Veil Falls (360' high), walk around the base, and return to downtown Telluride. Our driver, Dave Holly, was most pleasant and informative. Highly recommend as the road to Bridal Veil has become congested, kicking up a lot of dust. Have hiked to Bridal Veil a number of times but the drive with Dave was by far the most pleasant way to get to the Falls read more

I had a great experience with an amazing driver. The vehicle was nice and they got me from the Montrose airport to my lodging in Telluride without a problem. But the best part was the driver, Dave. He made the 90 minute trip seem like nothing as he told us all about the interesting things in the area. Like a tour guide and driver all in one. read more

We booked Telluride Express last minute after a flight delay getting into Montrose made our prearranged private transportation unavailable. They were very easy to book with and we had no problem on our shuttle from Montrose to Telluride. We ended up using them for our return trip (booked online 3 days in advance, so easy!) to Montrose and were picked up in a large black SUV and had a smooth ride back to the airport. Our driver had even arrived 15 minutes early to get us. We would definitely use again. read more

Just absolutely horrible.....they stuffed 6 large guys into a 10 person van with a family of 5. Then after making a perfectly reasonable complaint Linda the manager offered a measly 10% refund. After the surprise of such slap to the face I told her no thank you...... Basically it was 50 dollars a person and should have not been worth more than 25 per person given how uncomfortable the ride was. We felt like concentration camp prisoners in a cattle car heading to Auschwitz on our way to die. Thank you Linda and Telluride Express!!!!! read more

After needing to get to Denver from Montrose this fantastic company helped me get a catch a shuttle from Montrose to Gunnison so i can catch there Bustang shuttle to get to Denver. The customer service and the office staff was very helpful and were very prompt to get my reservation in line. Then help me to make sure i got on my Bustang bus ride to Denver. The drivers are very knowledgeable and safe to make sure that i made all my trips safe and enjoyable. I highly recommend this company for any transportation needs in the beautiful Colorado western slope I will definitely be using this company from here on out awesome work Telluride Express and i will recommend everyone i know that needs a ride to them. read more

If I were to do it again I would rent a car. The drivers were pleasant, the shuttles were clean, but the logistics were ever-changing and the administrators were not very responsive to confirmation and cost. To be specific they changed our departure times and then overcharged us for both legs of the trip. If we had not called them they would have charged us $150 per person per ride. read more

What a horrible experience we had using this company. When we booked a ride to the airport, they gave us a pick up time based on our departure time. I called later to express concern with the tight time line. Our plane was due to take off at 11:25 am The airport asked passengers to arrive 90 minutes before the flight, but Telluride Express insisted they would pick us up at 10:00 am and that we would have plenty of time to arrive at the airport. Guess what? The driver never showed up! At 10:15 I called the reservations help line, waited forever and when I got through to someone, they told me the driver was five minutes away. What a lie. He still did not arrive and at 10:25 a random resident in the condo parking lot took pity on us and drove us to the airport. We were the last passengers to check in with 2 minutes to cut off time. Telluride Express could care less if we got to the airport on time. I would NEVER use this service again. I recommend you look elsewhere for a ride or you could be stuck like us, paying for nothing!!!!! read more

Although the price may seem reasonable the service is terrible. My wife and I were picked up late and jammed in the back of a small van with 11 passengers, luggage and skis. The seats are much tighter than the worst coach air seat. Overall a terrible experience. read more

My snowboard bag was loaded outside the van uncovered when it was snowing and raining the entire ride. It arrived at the airport 10 pounds heavier and completely filthy. No idea the extent of the damage yet. Unacceptable. read more

I had basically the same experience as Brian G. I'm a large 6'5" guy and got stuffed on a van with 9 other passengers, basically cursing aloud and to myself the entire 90 min drive. What a horrible waste of $50. Like flying in an airplane toilet. I will definitely make other arrangements next trip. I bum. read more
