I was nervous after reading all the bad reviews, but luckily I had a great experience with Temco. I received an auto voicemail Thursday letting me know my delivery from Costco was scheduled for next day from 7:30am-11:30am. Next day, they called at 7:30 saying they were 30 minutes out. I have a hard driveway for big trucks, but they took the time and backed up, which was impressive. The two young guys were very polite and got my laundry unit inside with care. This place has some lazy drivers working for them. I took all day off to get this delivery, I had to tear apart a lower cabinet in my kitchen, just to have Them show up at the very last moment of the delivery window, ring the gate one time and leave. I called home depot and they told me better luck next time basically So I cancelled my order and will do everything in my power to not get deliveries from these clowns. read more

I was excited about purchasing my new washer and dryer!! But unfortunately, Home Depot stripped that all away with there third party delivery service Temco Logistics. I ordered my washer and dryer on Apr 28th, the third party deliver company did not bring the parts the 1st time for installation , we rescheduled for the following week, guess what they did not bring the parts for installation again, NOR did they have any in there truck. Guess what, they left the washer and dryer in my living room for another reschedule, now I have a washer and dryer in my living room, waiting to be installed. Now I called again to have them installed again and this time I purchased the parts at Home Depot and just need them to install the washer and dryer. I called Home Depot AGAIN, to have their ridiculous third party people come out again to only now NOT SHOW UP and blame me for not being home or picking up the phone when they never even called!!! I took time off for this shit. I am LIVID!! This is happening today!!!!!. All I want is this damn washer and dryer installed, why is this soooo fn hard!! They were going to reschedule me again!! this is sooo insane! Now I have to wait for a supervisor from the third party company call me, when?? I don't fn know!! NEVER AGAIN Home Depot, EVERYONE TOLD ME TO GO TO LOWES. That is where I will purchase the rest of my appliances. The funny thing is I can't even rate the washer and dryer because I can't use it. Classless non apologetic team who made us wait for the delivery to be made between 3:30 pm and 7:30pm, then not showed up nor called. And then when I called, they did not apologize at all and just casually asked if I wanted to schedule for another delivery. It's a mystery why store like Home Depot used them as a delivery service. 3 attempts to deliver a Dish washer from Home Depot. Wasted 3 working days waiting for it! They dont even pick up the call. I got a different number from the Store to call and they just put you on hold once they know you are a customer and not store associate. They should go out of business soon. read more

This company is terrible. First they send back my fridge to LG without asking because it had small amount of damage. If I could have accepted it, LG could have just sent me the replacement piece instead of having to wait almost a month for a new one. Then when they finally got the fridge back again, they weren't able to install the fridge since it was upstairs. They said they needed more men. They just left the fridge just inside my front door. They did not call to reschedule to install it, so I called them. The customer service was handled through GE Appliance since they are the contractors that use Temco. They said it would be a week until they could send someone out to me, after we had already been without a fridge for over a month and a half. An extra week when they were the ones who screwed up the delivery and they thought it was acceptable to leave a fridge at my front door for a week. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. Do not use them if you have the choice. UPDATE: for anyone reading Temco's generic response to all the reviews here, their customer service does not do anything. They just pass you around from their different call centers telling you it's not their fault that they aren't doing their jobs. They will not help you. They are a really bad company. read more

I would give this company zero stars if that were possible, and I see that I'm not the only person who has had difficulties with Temco. I still have not received the appliance that was to be delivered last month. They have missed four scheduled deliveries, and at one point they "lost" the appliance. How does one lose a range? The fourth scheduled delivery was to have been two days ago. They called to say that their truck was too big for the street and that they would transfer the appliance to a smaller truck and deliver it. This still hasn't happend. I am fairly forgiving of human error, but this is by far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a company. read more

Two stars is being kind! Bought a wall oven from JC Penney's and waited over a month to have it delivered, installed, and remove old wall oven. John arrives from Temco and says his paperwork does not include installation or removal of old oven. He then stated that he doesn't have the part to install it, either. Long story short, another person has to come by on a Sunday to install it. This is after I took a day off from work, as well. This company needs to get their paperwork in order before the drivers leave the yard!! read more

Ok, Yelpers let's get right to it recently bought a GE washer dryer unit from Home Depot when Temco came out for delivery they deceivingly switched out our upgraded hoses and installed a lower quality hose without saying a word. They didn't expect that I would take apart a front panel from the washer and inspect the work which is how I found out. I called the guys immediately to which they hung up on me and ignored repeated phone calls. I was quite an ordeal afterward with home depot going back and forth. Long story short Temco is unprofessional, deceiving and would never have them step foot in my home again. read more

I wish I can give zero stars they are the absolute worst they just came and attempted to deliver an appliance ordered from home depot it was horrible and two guys speaking spanish I couldn't understand tried to tell them what my paperwork said and they were speaking over me and just rude as hell then called their supervisor Yesina and she was mocking and rude and she was no help to african american consumers. Felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. My mother was ripped off and she was mistreated by this company who should be canceled!! All these bad reviews we didnt see until now! They mistreat elderly senior citizens and talk to them incorrectly and I witnessed that and Yesenia is needing to be fired also! She was no where near helpful laughing in our face and making fun of our pain god don't like ugly. Never ever like everyone is saying Let these people deliver they are horrible maybe its the locations but they are horrible people who do not care about anything or anyone!!! Worst customer service with the times were in now how careless and heartless can one be! We lost food due to waiting on a new refrigerator and they seem to be lazy and racist. So heartbreaking they are not to be trusted!!! Home Depot are at fault too the entire company to have these cruel contractors working for you guys. I ordered a washer & dryer from Home Depot and they used Temco to deliver it. I wish they had used someone else. I got an automated call from LG before my originally scheduled delivery date that the item was backordered, and my delivery date was pushed out over a month. The new delivery date is set, and so I simply wait to hear from them. The day before, Temco calls. They will deliver in the morning between 7am and 11am. Now, with everything else that I've had delivered, I have been able to have some flexibility with the time of day or date of my delivery. Not so with Temco. They can only come in the morning, which is hugely inconvenient for me, and they refuse to schedule it to a later date because "we've had the item now for 30 days and so to push out the delivery date would mean cancelling and reordering the product." WHAT?! You've had my items for 30 days and it's just been sitting there? Whose f'd-up system has a washer and dryer sitting in a warehouse for 30 DAYS (which is another 30 days AFTER it was PAID FOR) without anyone bothering to ask if it can be delivered?! I am floored that these guys' job is to pick shit up from one place, and put it down in another, and they can't seem to get that right. On top of that, they refuse to install my washer when they delivered the appliances. I later confirmed with Home Depot that my delivery should have included basic hook-up for the washer and they had insisted that "we haven't been paid to install." Now I have Home Depot looking into it, but these guys are a mess. One star because they came when they said they would. So great job, guys. One star for doing your freaking job. read more
