There isn't a 0 star??!! Temco will win the company that gets a 0 star if Yelp offered it. On the first attempt at delivery, they cancelled after they had already confirmed a time window and blamed it on "scheduler's error". On the second attempt at delivery, they cancelled after they had already confirmed a time window and blamed it on "warehouse error" and our appliance was left off the truck (even after confirming it was the 12th delivery of that day and for us to still wait...30 minutes past waiting already for a 4 hour window. Sound familiar? On the third attempt at delivery, we called to confirm (since we were already let down twice in a row), they apologized that again our appliance was "left off" the truck. They apologized profusely and promised to throw our appliance on a private truck and would get it to us within a 4 hour window. Yay finally have all these attempts, the appliance arrived. Although their delivery logistics are horrible, the service man was so professional and did a great job with installation. They ended up refunding the installation fee we paid to Home Depot (they contract with Home Depot for delivery & installation), it didn't make up for the hours of inconvenience and headache. read more

Where to start? I would give them no stars if I could. Going on three weeks after my purchase of my washer machine and still don't have it. This company is the most incompetent, unhelpful and unprofessional delivery company I have ever dealt with. So I ordered a washer and dryer only the dryer was delivered, then as the dryer was delivered the truck drivers asked my husband to help them and insisted on giving them a tip. Remember the washer was not on this delivery truck. Rescheduled for the delivery of my washer....... Four scheduled delivery days and still no washer, no phone call and no explanation on why my washer wasn't delivered. I tried speaking to the manager no phone call back no response. I think I have given this company to many chances to deliver my washer. It's time to cancel. I want this company to know how angry I am with the staff for there incompetency. I already posted on Google and I want to document this here. Thanks to Temco we will never use Home Depot again, EVER. We bought a new fridge because our old one broke and we have been without one for nearly 2 weeks. My mom is disabled and we are going through some real hard, hard times in our personal lives since December '19. The two employees showed up and it was the absolute rudest service I've ever experienced in my life. The one must have been a trainee because he almost seemed like he was asked to stay away until the supervisor was done putting on his show. Supervisor Eric was rude to my mom, insulting, walked around our house like he owned it, rude to me and talked over our every word, wouldn't let us print out the receipt where it clearly showed the services we paid for, wouldn't let us call Home Depot, he was just the most lousy, rotten, ignorant human being I ever met. Should be unemployed while hard workers like me get laid-off. Eric flatout refused to do work that we paid Home Depot for them to do and made up policies of his own as to why he couldn't do certain things, even though what came out of his mouth was at odds with things on the Home Depot site. The real problem was that he also refused to haul away the old fridge and was just going to leave it in the kitchen. When we paid for haul away as well. My mom just lost her husband and I lost my dad, and he was ignorant and unsympathetic, just a general cretin of society...one that I've never been so happy to get out of my house. My mother and I both lost our tempers. Nobody deserves to be treated like that and if this company had any sense, they'd fire this guy immediately. Rude, cocky, arrogant, ignorant, lazy, disrespectful, pathetic human being and I feel no sorrow in calling him that. It's the truth and even our NEIGHBORS witnessed it and how they manhandled the fridge out of the delivery truck. Put these guys out of business! Summary: We told to 'em to get out and take the fridge too. We've already been struggling without a fridge in the first place, rather struggle some more than take any more b.s. from these guys. I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and Temco delivered it with no problems. I asked them to remove the appliances from the cardboard boxes so that I could make sure there was no visible damage and that I got what I ordered. Everything was fine. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star rating is that the communication with the office staff was not good. My son was on hold for a very long time before anyone would confirm the delivery time. I asked the delivery guys if I could keep the cardboard boxes for my grandson which they gladly did. NOTE: I did not have them install the washer and dryer or remove the old ones so I cannot review that part. read more

The installer double check his work making sure that everything was working as expected before leaving. The installers of my new dishwasher were warned that a little water was still inside the machine (this is ALWAYS the case, machines keep a little water at the bottom to keep the seals from drying out. They were not prepared to handle that and spilled dirty water all over the kitchen floor. Then they spilled a bunch more dirty water just inside my front door. They wore their dirty shoes through my living room and left muddy boot prints. The tool case they brought had an extremely exploitative cartoon of the backside of a female which I do not appreciate being exposed to my 3 and 4 year old sons. Choose ANY other service if you want professionals this was amateur hour and I get to clean up their mess. I would have rather watched a YouTube video and just learned how to do the install myself. read more

I had the worst experience with Temco, and there scheduled delivery services. They brought my appliances 2 weeks early. There miscommunication within there personnel made it extremely difficult to communicate. The worst part is the delivery guy who came out to pick up my appliances to take back to the warehouse because it was scheduled for a later date, he had the nerve to give me attitude, was very disrespectful to my partner and I. The most unprofessional customer service I've had. Home Depot might be losing my long term business because of there 3rd party services they have with this Temco company. Reading of others' dreadful experience with Temco Logistics recalled to me the series of frustrations that complicated my order. Why would Home Depot continue to use this company for deliveries? I surely will not be ordering from Home Depot unless I am assured that Temco is no longer their delivery provider. Further, it is indicative of the inefficiency of Temco that their Customer Service representative, the business manager, would respond to the reviews by placing the onus on the aggrieved parties to contact him/her, the business manager, rather than the manager's taking the initiative to make the contact. "A member from our Customer Care Team will respond and be available to assist." Too late, as far as I am concerned. What else can I say that anyone else having a bad experience from this company - Temco has not shared yet so I will be brief and not waste anymore time. I had 2 orders and 2 install work orders: 1. Washer: Came on time and old washer was replaced with a new one. Installers turned on the machine and just left without confirming that water actually went through the washer. Well there was no water. Called and they said I would have to setup a new appointment for them to look at the washer. A week later, someone stopped by and looked at the installation. He said that my water supply valves were broken and was not turned on. Previous washer was working fine. He said there is nothing he can do about it and I had to call a plumber to fix it. My plumber checked it out and confirmed that the valves were broken recently. So 2 issues here: left without confirming the installation was successful and they broke my valves. 2. Refrigerator (backordered for 2 months): I got a message the day before that installers will arrive 1-5 pm. I got a call the next day at 10 am that they are on their way. Mind you I was trying to schedule my day based on their install time so I can spend with my family and empty my old refrigerator. When I told them, the appt time was for 1 pm. They said they were available earlier to they just decided to come anyway without confirmation from me. So one of them checks my old fridge, just sits over my kitchen countertop without asking and goes behind the fridge. They said my water supply setup was too complicated for them and that I had to change the whole setup. Call them when it's good to go. Well that's great but I just emptied out a refrigerator and rushed through in 30 mins because you cant make it through your appt time. I ended up cancelling the refrigerator order. I guess I should be grateful that they didn't install the fridge and I find problems with it later. So lessons learned, never to appliance from Home Depot unless they change their installation contractor - Temco. read more

WORST COMPANY EVER PLEASE DO NOT LET THESE GUYS IN YOUR HOME Back in nov 2020 my husband and i went to the Rancho Cucamonga homedepot to purchase a hub refrigerator and a stove very expensive appliances we were told it would be deliver in dec 2020. Came that DAY these guys did not know how to hook up the water to the refrigerator they flooded my house made huge water damage in my home the water went to my kids bedroom all the way to the bathroom and the living room leaving hundreds of dollars worth of damage homedepot wont take responsability and temco adjuster liliana Barajas did a horrible job never sent anyone to see the water damage they made in my house and denied my claim not to mentioned the guys very unprofessional and disrespectful left my husband and me with hundreds of dollars in damage up to this day homedepot wont take responsability saying they hired temco to do the job they should pay. They left us Extremely heart broken and desperate and facing damages we did not make.please make sure you know what company is delivering and what are your rights in case they damage something. read more

First of all, obviously nobody is reading the Yelp page for Temco Logistics. So if you are reading this, it's because you've already had a terrible experience with Temco Logistics because why else would you have heard of them? My housemates and I will continue to write this review anyway because we have many thoughts about this. At the very least, we hope that Temco will read this and perhaps feel ashamed about the debacle of service they "provided" at our house. Second of all, let's just say: all we are asking is you deliver a stove and install it. That is the only thing that is supposed to happen. Instead, it is a five part series that honestly took longer than the most recent Game of Thrones season. Let us set the scene. The stove can only be delivered on a weekday, when we are all working. We scheduled time off work to be there for this stove to deliver. The first delivery attempt: They arrived on the wrong day. By wrong day I mean one day prior to the scheduled delivery date, they arrived on a random morning. The only reason we were aware is because I happened to be home after arriving from the airport. I heard a knock on the door 15 minutes after putting my suitcase down. I open the door. It is Temco Logistics. They want to deliver the stove. It's the wrong day, but what the heck - sure, you're here on the wrong day, but whatever you're here, put it in. They go back to the truck and then come back to my house without the stove? Why? They dropped it while unwrapping it and dinged it, so they were unable to deliver it because of the damage. So they left, and no stove was delivered. The second delivery attempt: They came back. On the wrong day again, and luckily we happened to be home again. (How hard is it to communicate with their scheduler?) They brought back a different stove... this time no damages. They bring the stove all the way into the kitchen and then say that they are unable install it because... they cannot drill one hole into the countertop to put a service line through. They say they are not authorized to drill the hole. We tell them we are 100% authorizing them to drill the hole. They say they are not allowed to. We say, "Okay, what now then?" They say, "We can leave this stove here on the floor in your living room." Their best idea was to leave *an entire kitchen stove* in the living room, right next to the sofa. When I told them this was an insane idea, they said "I know." So I told them we do not want the stove in the living room, and they took the stove back into the truck. They asked me if I would like to officially cancel the order. I asked what that meant. They told me that it meant I would be taking liability for the failed delivery attempt. I called the management company afterward, and they promised to handle it within a few days and redeliver the stove. We confirmed this promise with them several times, given the disaster of a delivery attempt that already happened. The third delivery attempt: On the day of the promised re-delivery, I took the morning off of work and was waiting at home for this stove. I called the company that dispatches them (American Homeshield) and they told me that there was no re-delivery scheduled, which is absolutely bananas because we confirmed with them several times the day prior. They told me that they could see in their records that someone had written a note that a delivery should be scheduled, but that nobody had actually scheduled the delivery. We even received an automated call that morning that the delivery would be happening. So, after some sass and apologies, it was concluded that no delivery would actually be happening. The fourth delivery attempt: The team arrived at the house, surprisingly on the right day. Not surprisingly, they deliver the exact same stove to the exact same house and say the exact same thing: that they are unable to install the stove because they have to drill one hole into the countertop. I point out to them (and I recognize the exact team from the first day!) that they already knew that they needed to drill the hole into the countertop. I offer to even drill the hole into the countertop myself, and they say that they cannot do it without the warranty company. At this point, we give them repeated verbal authorization to drill the hole. They refuse to. They ask again if we want to keep the stove in the living room (a ridiculous question that they knew was ridiculous, but they ask because if we refuse the delivery then it passes the liability onto us,) So, we refuse the delivery and the dance continues. The fifth delivery attempt: Five days off of work. The same team who the main company explained to us have been the cause of other issues, the same team who are aware of our issues at our house but continue to "re-attempt delivery" without any new solutions. They left the stove in the middle of the room. Hit the word limit. In the end, we installed it ourselves. Thanks Temco for not taking any responsibility. read more

The corporate office for temco logistics sent out 2 guys that were not licensed in the state of Washington to do the job. The job was in Vancouver Washington. They are hired by Home Depot to do the Dishwasher install and the over the range micro install. They were not legal to do the install on the dishwasher. I contacted a state inspector and he said the the company will get fines and the 2 guys will get fines as well. And Nate Parker from there company called and told me that they were not legal to do the work. I will be getting ahold of Home Depot to figure out what is going to happen next. read more

I just wanted to say that my delivery team was excellent. They were well within the window of time that was given to me. They called 30 minutes before they arrived and we're here within that time frame. They were polite, unpacked my appliance, put it where I asked them to and went over the invoice, gave the customer service number in the event I needed it, took pictures and files the process within just a few minutes. Like many, many others before me, I am writing in hopes that someone might see this before having to experience the worst delivery company ever, Temco Logistics. But, unfortunately, it seems that most of us only see these after we've had to deal with them. I ordered a washer/dryer from Home Depot back in November, but was informed I wouldn't be able to receive the items until January. So after waiting months to get them, I was excited ... until I had to deal with the delivery company. Dealing with Temco was the worst delivery experience I've ever had in my life! My experience is detailed more fully below, but in short, DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! AVOID HOME DEPOT DELIVERY OF APPLIANCES!!! The delivery was originally supposed to happen on 1/20/21. But then was rescheduled for 1/27. The night before (after 5:30pm), I received an email from Home Depot that my "delivery window" would be from 7am-11am the next day. I could not believe this! Who in the world would want anyone coming to their house at the early hour of 7am!?! So I immediately tried to contact the delivery company to change the window, but it was already too late to reach anyone. I then contacted Home Depot who weren't able to reach Temco either, but said they would put in a note to please have the delivery brought later, if possible. One of the reasons this was important to me is because I work late at night, so getting up by 7am would mean that I would have very little sleep. If you aren't going to give people any choice of windows, you should at least get them the timing information before almost 6pm at night, and certainly before the delivery company is actually closed! And why in the world do they start their hours at freaking 7am? Anyway, on 1/27, I woke up at 7am, even though I had worked late and was EXHAUSTED. But I didn't want to risk missing the delivery. As the hours went by, I called the 1-800 number provided to check on the status, which continued to say "your delivery is on the truck and on its way." I also checked on online tracking option, which stated the same. Even after 11am, when still no one had showed, the site and 800 number continued to say they were on the way. By 1:30pm, after waiting almost 7 HOURS, I did a bunch of calling around and finally got ahold of an actual person, only to be told that they had a busy day, so my washer/dryer had NEVER been put on the truck and would NOT be coming that day! I was obviously furious!! Not only did they not bother to let me know that I had been removed from the schedule (after being promised delivery), but they didn't even update the 800 number or tracking site so that I could know that when I checked! I had cleared my WHOLE day (because they won't give you the window until the night before), so lost work because of this! So here I was trying to balance my life and my work, and they treated me as if my time was completely unimportant. After another failed attempt and another whole week and a half (literally!), on 2/5, I actually received an afternoon delivery window! I was elated!! I was going to finally have my washer/dryer! And they arrived ... DAMAGED! BOTH of them!!! I couldn't believe it! After all this ... and waiting 3 months for my brand new appliances ... and they were both damaged! The delivery guys wanted to take them away, but they had already removed my washer/dryer, so they would have left me with nothing. I told them that was not okay! That they needed to install these to see if they worked (I was hoping the damage was mainly to the body of the appliances, but not the internal workings) and I got a lot of resistance (they just wanted to drive away with both my old and new appliances and leave me with nothing). After calling Temco, only to have the guy, Ruben, say there was nothing they could do and then literally HANG UP ON ME, I called Home Depot again, who tried to contact Samsung, but it was already too late in the day. But he did insist that the guys do what I requested and install the damaged ones for me, to at least leave me with something, which they then finally did. At this point, I didn't ever want to deal with Temco or their delivery service EVER AGAIN to the point that I would rather keep damaged appliances than deal with them!!! That is how horrible they are!!! If I could have given them a 0 rating, I would have!!! read more

I ordered a LG Refrigerator from Home Depot. I was given a delivery date of 1/3/2020 and Tempco Logistics will call me the day before to give me a 4 hour window. NO CALLS. Delivery date was changed to 1/4/2020 still no calls from Tempco Logistics. I went to Home Depot and was told the delivery date will be 1/5/2020 but when the associates call Tempco they could not locate the refrigerator. I was told that Tempco will call me within 24 hours to give me a delivery date. I will wait the 24 hours and see what date the refrigerator will be deliver. If it's more than one day then I will cancel my order. The associate at Home Depot said that this was an ongoing problem with Tempco Logistics. read more
