What a waste of space. I went to this facility at 5:20 on a Friday night. I realize it was 10 minutes to closing, but I was sick and this was the first place that popped up when I searched for Urgent Care. I walked in and immediately noticed the ladies in the front office were all leaning back in their chairs and on their cell phones. I asked if I could be seen and was immediately laughed and told me, "nope, we've been turning people away since noon. The doc is booked". Now, there was absolutely no one in the waiting room and the parking lot was empty, so I find it hard to believe. I was never asked what was wrong or what I needed. This practice does no care about their patients when it comes to breaching a contract and they do not pay their bills. They canceled me as a patient because they breached a contract on office equipment that was working perfectly fine with no complaints for two years and decided to breach the contract just because. There is a public record of a judgement against them for that breach. I would steer clear of this Dr.s office as he also prescribed medications that gave me adverse drug reactions as well and caused me further medical problems. I had to get special testing to find out what was being prescribed to me which was dangerous for my body. I would never do business with this practice, literally if my life depended on it. Update: I ended up visiting the Hospital ER the following evening as I did not trust the prior diagnosis and was found to have a viral infection. The PA contacted me on Thursday by email (3 days after my visit) to apologize about the situation and inform there had been an error made with the prescription and offered not to bill my visit, so at least I give them one star there for trying to make amends. I'm a longstanding concierge member, as is the rest of my family. We are willing to pay the $350 a month to maintain this membership despite paying over $1,200 a month to maintain insurance (which we've used for ER and hospital services but little else). I have a number of health issues and would probably easily pay that $350 some months in copays, so for us it makes sense. I've worked with Dr. Rawson, PA Ryan Rowan, Mike, Meredith and Julie (aesthetics) for years and love all of them. They listen, they listen to my ideas/observations about what's happening, they take time, they don't condescend, and they treat my son like gold--he's an elite-track gymnast who will be asked how Nationals went or which meet is next whenever he comes in. He loves that they treat him like a person and are interested in him and what he does. We love them and will never leave. **Some of the complaints I've read are from people who don't understand the difference between being a concierge member and an insurance patient and who want concierge services without paying for the membership. I would not expect the same level of service without the membership; I could use my insurance here but choose to pay the membership fee to get membership services. This is not a difficult concept. It's a unique model and a great one. Obviously concierge members will have quicker access, etc. If you want all the extras, pay for them. read more

Impressive operation. First I sprain my ankle, then I get a lesion cut out of my arm pit. It was as smooth and pleasant of an experience as you could ask for. Beware the rapid antigen tests for COVID/FLU this place is giving for 140$ I was given false positive results which I confirmed with a negative PCR test taken the same day. I called to question the results and ask for a refund. I was called four days later by their extremely rude and condescending office manager who attempted to bully me into taking another test. He also made the claim that I actually did have covid even though I received a negative PCR result from the same day and have no symptoms and have received the vaccine since I am a healthcare worker. This guy was a complete jerk! Steer clear of this clinic if you can! read more

When my sister told me about a place in town that offered concierge medical services to it's members for a flat monthly rate I was skeptical. When she listed all the services that they offered it sounded too good to be true. Well I'm here to say that it's even better than I could have imagined. Temecula Medical Group solves a major issue for a large majority of Americans that are facing the same dilemma as myself. How do I provide myself or my family with quality medical care at an affordable price? Dr. Rawson is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. He is patient and caring and spends the time necessary to get to know you and properly assess you. He is very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable with the care he provides. The office staff is fantastic as well. Everyone is very friendly and it doesn't feel like a typical doctor's office. When you arrive for your appointment they remember who you are by name. You don't have to wait an hour to see the doctor. I usually wait about 5 minutes. All of the nurses, front office staff, and PA's are great. Everyone seems happy to be there and you can tell they really care. I have been telling everyone I know about TMG. You owe it to yourself to check out what they have to offer. Gracious, kind and knowledgeable...that's Dr. Rawson! Where can you go to get immediate service, including on site x-rays, clean rooms, friendly staff and a doctor that 'really' cares about his patients? Right here! Temecula Medical Group !! Took my husband in last night because his undiagnosed asthma was worsening. Dr. Rawson listened to his lungs and did an immediate x-ray. Turns out he has pneumonia with a severe case of asthma. Prescriptions called in, ready when we got to the store...on the road to recovery :-) No more listening to 'cats fighting', (wheezing) ,in our bedroom caused from the asthma and pneumonia~ Added note: My private insurance soared and I had to cancel it. I can't say enough good things about this medical group! They are truly an answer to our prayers! We've been greatly concerned about the new health care law, and it's impact upon my "uninsured" parents... definitely cost was a big issue, but also the quality of care. For years, they could never afford insurance, and always visited doctors on a cash basis. But this never enabled them to build a good relationship with a primary care doctor. Then we went searching on Yelp to find a good new local doctor for a routine check, and discovered Temecula Medical Group. Their reviews sounded great, and let me say they live up to every word of them! Upon our first visit, we noticed the staff is so nice and efficient... always willing to answer our questions. We were there for only a routine high blood pressure check and blood work, but received so many more services... all in one visit! What an incredibly smart concept they have brought back into society - one place that can do it all! They even provided us a call back on a Saturday afternoon, now that's service! Dr.Rawon and the Physicians Assistant are so kind, patient, and understanding. Never have we encountered such a group of caring people in the medical field, who actually want to help you solve your problems instead of just medicating them. DO NOT GO HERE !!! This "doctors" office is a pure JOKE! If you clicK in their website it is filled with hope that you will be treated well. WRONG! My very first appointment was in October for a physical. I schedule that appointment in July and got the very first appointment available which was October. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was like "okay maybe since I'm a new patient it takes longer." When I got there my appointment was with a PA not a doctor. Not once did the doctor appear and the PA even said if you need a prescription I would need to make another appointment to see the doctor. Luckily I was there for a physical no medicine was needed. Fast forward to today.... I'm sick and need to be seen by a doctor and possibly a specialty doctor. I call since their website states SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS FOR PATIENTS. False information as I called and the medical assistant told me the soonest they could see me is mid March. WTF?!?!! Mid March that's six weeks from now so much for same day appointments. I am changing my primary care physician tomorrow but thought I'd warn everyone DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Dr. Rawson is down-to-earth and truly cares to take the time to listen and treat the "whole" person. From the helpful and acomodating front office staff to the amazing medical assistants, this practice is a 5 star office in ALL aspects. I had the monthly membership and for one VERY LOW monthly cost, I was able visit anytime. From blood tests, gynecological exams, to chiropractic adjustments they offered it all. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this office and suggest the low membership every time. This place is shady! I was transferred here after my other doctor closed their practice and it has been horrible ever since. Anytime I try to get an appointment I am told to go to urgent care. Urgent care is not my primary doctor! I called up today to see if they could get me in and was told that the first available for my insurance is in TWO WEEKS!?!? What is the point of having a primary doctor if they won't see you without shelling out an additional $350 a month to be a concierge patient. I even over heard Dr. Rawson say that you need to become a concierge patient in order to get prompt healthcare. I'm sorry that my lowly $400 a month insurance is not good enough for you... maybe you should stop accepting insurance. I have been going to Temecula Medical group for about 6 months now. I honestly have never had a bad expirance! I have done botox and fillers.. Julie is absolutely amazing. She explains everything in full detail, does an amazing job and answers all my questions.. I never feel rushed and always completely comfortable.. I had a minor surgery today with Dr. Rawson.. Him and his staff are so professional and made me feel comfertable through the whole process. I had my daughter with me and they were so good with her.. My procedure was over and while packing up I noticed my daughter was itching and had bumps on her.. Dr. Rowan came in and looked it over to make sure she was OK before we left and advised me to get some over the counter medications to help with a rash she had.. I never feel rushed.. The whole staff makes sure that all of our needs are met before we leave. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Not happy with the medical care given at this office. I feel there is very poor quality in the examination process and meds being given with out a concrete exam ruling out things. No follow up instructions given. Absolutely one of the worst experiences due to a major misdiagnosis at this facility. My family has been going to Temecula Medical Group for a while and more recently, taken advantage of the awesome dental plan they've added. This was the best Doctor/ Urgent Care experience ever!!!! My daughter had been sick for a week, our insurance was cancelled so I hesitated taking her in... but after a week I thought it was time. We found Temecula medical group by chance and it was such a blessing!! The girls at the front desk were beyond kind and compassionate. They brought my daughter a bottle of water and apologized for the wait ( maybe 20 mins).. the nurse was so sweet, she spoke to my 8 year old as if it were her child... and Dr. Ryan did the same, he sat and very caringly asked questions ... he never once pushed unnecessary antibiotics or rx's...just looooved this office and the staff was A++++!! I really like this urgent care and all the staff are exceptionally kind and caring. I think the prices for their services are reasonable and I trust in their diagnoses. I wish that I could make this doctor my primary care physician, but the only way to do that is to sign up for their in-house health plan (my reason for a 4 star review instead of 5 star). If I wasn't already paying for mandated health insurance, I would consider doing so because it's concierge service and you have access to the doctor at all times (from what I understand). The only downside to their plan is it doesn't include hospitalization, which is the main reason I have insurance to begin with. But I will definitely keep coming here for my urgent care needs and highly recommend them if you're in a pinch! read more

Our family of 6 loves Temecula Medical Group! We have been concierge members there for over two years now. Anything we need they take care of. We can even text the doctors when we have questions and they respond right back. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We never have a problem getting our needs met or getting in to see them, even on Sundays! We use TMG for our everyday medical needs and CMH for our larger medical needs like hospitalization, etc. The combination of both (which TMG can set you up with) provides our family with a great medical plan and no need for expensive medical insurance. As well, it qualifies for the IRS medical insurance exemption. For our family, this combination is cheaper and has better coverage than any tradition medical insurance we can find, plus we can write it off on our taxes! read more
