Took my dog Bobby to this groomer again today. There is a new owner and she contacted me sometime ago to give them another try. Took me a while, but I brought my boy back. They didn't disappoint. I met a couple of the groomers and a girl at the front desk. They were professional and seemed to be very caring people. When my dog came in he was sniffing around and seemed to be comfortable. The atmosphere was much different than the last time we were there. After Bobby's groom, he looked great, he seemed fine and well taken care of. We had a great experience!! We found these guys on Temecula Talk (a Facebook local page) and are so grateful!! We "used" to use Petsmart....that is history for sure!! This place is quick (90 min in and out because I took her when they opened in the am), they did a great job and the owner and groomer were so loving!!! They are our forever grooming home!! Ellie is a little hot mess Yorkie! She is 2 and acts as such!! She doesn't like her face messed with and they were able to trim it up nicely! I bath her weekly so even though she is used to it, it doesn't mean she is calm!! So this place overcame all the challenges and obstacles and our little hot mess came out of the spa all pretty with her Christmas bow!! UPDATE: Under NEW Ownership and Price has gone up substantially and quality is not the same from when I started bringing my dog here almost 3 years ago. I have decided to take our business elsewhere. No longer a fan. I have taken my 100 lb. 1 year old Lab "Olaf" to the Temecula Pet Salon & Spa twice now and each time has been a great experience. I love the cheerful enthusiastic greeting we always receive. Olaf, is always super excited to see me when I pick him up and I love the cute bandanas they give him to wear out. The only negative I can comment on is when I picked him up the second time he was not fully dry and he was in a gated off area with a big fan blowing on him. I would have preferred that he was dried completely with a warm dryer. I still gave them 5 Stars and plan to go back but will mention this next time. read more

Took my baby girl in for another appointment today and I was confused about pricing. First when I called I got told one thing, then my balance was something else. I have been going here forever, even before the new place took over. I started by paying 50 for my German Shepherd and that was ok, then it went to 60....ok whatever. New place started me out at 60, then it went to 70. Last few times it's was 75, now it's 95. I get the same thing done each time, bath and furminator. Normally it takes them 4-5 hours, today it was less than 2 hours. Hope does look good but not as good as other times.....definitely not good for such a increase. I did say I would pay extra for her nails to be dremmiled, wish I didn't, I can't even tell her nails are shorter. Well, I should say some look shorter but not all of them. It's like the only did 1 or 2 per paw and the others are long. I will say she looks a lot better than when she came in, but I guess for such a huge price increase, they should have let me know ahead of time. For 95 bucks I could have someone come to the house and do it, I just make have to start that. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. I took my 9lb dog there for a grooming and her summer cut. When I went to pick her up, the cut was awful. It was uneven at best, two legs were shaved and the others still long. It appeared that they "sort of" shaved her, but very uneven. And this was VERY expensive for this grooming. I had to take her to another groomer the same week just to have here evened out. Prior to leaving her, I asked to speak to the person who would be grooming her. I went over what I wanted to accomplish and she said OK. This person can NOT be a trained groomer. Again, don't waste your money. read more

If all you promote is negative, that says a lot about you, and, not so much about your perceived service. Behind small businesses are real people with real life events... Who is to say say if this owner may be dealing with some major personal illnesses, poor employee pool that doesn't express to her customers what she might consider "professionalism" and excellent customer service, or even family death or family drama (like a real person). If you put your pets haircut above interpersonal human interaction, and pass judgment on a small biz without speaking face to face with that owner... I have gone to this grooming salon for about year in half without issue. The last time I visited with my dog I picked her up made the two minute drive home; my husband picked her up, and as she faced me I immediately was overcome with emotion. I didn't notice until I got home that she had broken blood Vessel's in both her eyes. I called a family friend who's a vet and she said it was a result of her being choked. That the neck harness in groom salons meant to keep dog still most likely was the culprit. I called salon immediately and spoke with the front desk. She said she wld call me back shortly. I got a message the next day offering footage but when I called back two more times leaving messages and where to send footage, I never got it. No call from a manager or owner. This service was 75 dollars w a tip... she doesn't get a haircut even. While I'm happy to pay extra so they will love on my dog, I was beyond unsatisfied with their customer service and empathy regarding the damages that she suffered. Everyone here takes such good care of Ringo. He's not the easiest to trim his nails. He's small and nervous about anyone touching his paws and they are gentle and always do a great job. I just picked my Corgi up from Temecula Pet Salon and I was so pleased. You may not know this but Corgi shed like no dog I've ever known! They offer a "de-shedding" service which is essentially a couple bucks more than the regular but they take out soooooo much hair. I go from vacuuming my floor 3 x day to once a week! Incredible. My dog seems happy when u pick him up. The staff is very friendly. They offer a spritz of essential oil if you want. I love the citrus. And, generally the "energy" is calm in the salon. We took our ShihTzu to this grooming salon after months of taking her to PetSmart. The latter did acceptable work, but not outstanding. We had a groomer two years ago that was a rock star. She left grooming to be a veterinary assistant (she'd been studying and got her cert). We met the owner of this grooming salon by chance, got her card, then took our Bessie in to check them out. They listened to my wishes and did a job that was nearly as perfect as our rock star groomer from before! The key areas? Her face and her tail. No one has done both exactly as we wanted until now.
