Lorraine is an amazing Groomer, my Dog Chewy is a rescued shitzu/poodle and he needed to feel loved, When I took him to her, she knew just how to show love to him. The shop is a VERY warm and Friendly with great skilled Groomer's and my Chewy comes out looking so cute with a Scarf ;-) Oh yes and you have a dog that enjoy's a treat for being good during their time, like my Chewy, he is so funny he will WAIT while they have a biscuit ready for him at the end of the visit at "Diamond in the Ruff Pet Salon". At my house when you say the name "Lorraine" the dogs ears perk up and they run to the car door. I can honestly say I think that they look forward to seeing her. I have been taking my dogs to Lorraine for grooming for over 11 years. She has always done an outstanding job. She listens to what I want and even offers more. I love the new location and I think the dogs do as well. I can not say enough about Lorraine at Diamond in the Ruff. I truly believe she is a dog whisperer. I have been going to her since 1993. She and her staff have a true connection to animals. My dog feels calm and loved during his grooming and even though he is a Labrador Retriever he hates water but with Lorraine he feels safe. Her prices are very reasonable. I have tried other salons and they cannot even compare to Lorraine. I would recommend Diamond in the Ruff to anyone that insists on love and care with superb results. read more

I have been bringing my standard poodles to Lorraine since I first found her in 2003. She is the absolute best dog groomer I have ever used!! She is patient and thorough with each and every one of my poodles and they always look fantastic when I pick them up. I sometimes bring them in to her when they are way past due for a bath and clip and no job seems to be too much for her. I have been taking my dogs to Lorraine for 12 years. She always has time for them, even when I call at the last minute. I have found very few groomers that give my Bichon a good 'Bichon" cut, but Diamond in the Ruff does. My Bichon is 16 years old and Diamond in the Ruff is the only place I trust to take good care of my "little old man". I have been going to Lorraine since 1996. In these years she has groomed a total of four cats in seven dogs for me. There is no one better, more conscientious or caring. I have a little 4 pound Maltese who is 13 years old, she has a very bad attitude but Lorraine has always been able to keep her calm and do a wonderful job of making her beautiful. Lorraine and Diane took great care of our standard poodles today. These ladies are very caring, conscientious, and professional. Our boys were a mess when they came in, as they are ranch dogs, and they did such a wonderful job of cleaning them up and hand scissoring them. Lorraine has been doing my dogs for over 13 years, all I have to say is we're going to see Miss Lorraine and their tails wag and get very excited because she shows them a lot of love. Lorraine and Diane are just the best. Super friendly and super good at what they do. We took our 3 Huge Golden Retrievers in for their Summer cut and they actually had a Summer Clip package especially for that. Now my dogs are nice and cool and adorable!! I have been going to Lorraine for about 7 years. She is the best and really cares for my bichon frise. He is a big sissy about vet visits and when we go anywhere he gets very anxious. She calms him down and is able to get a fabulous cut on him. I wouldn't trust him and his locks with anyone else. read more
