We were on our way home from a weekend in Mexico and decided to stop and stretch and let traffic lighten up a bit. I found Temecula Pizza Co and we decided to get a bite and we are glad we did. Cambria is a terrific host and took great care of us. The pizza was delicious, the house salad large enough for my wife and I to share and the glass of wine was a healthy pour. She told me I could come in and get another pizza anytime so I called today, to get a pizza for football Sunday, and spoke to Cambria, she was awesome! This is by far one of the best tasting pizzas around. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza .. There was two layers of pepperonis, two layers of cheese, but wait... it all stayed in tack when I held the pizza up on its side ... I've never ' had such a neat saucy, cheesy, meaty, Pizza' . My favorite kind of restaurant. Clean and simple, menu full of delicious food. I don't normally care about salads, but the Love Potion #9 Salad has a nice balance of romaine lettuce with a rotisserie-quality chicken and bleu cheese. Their specialty pizzas all look awesome, and the White Tiger Pizza was one of my better decisions. A whole pound of fabulously fresh shrimp on a creamy, pesto-speckled white sauce will do nicely! I left reluctantly, feeling full but wishing I wasn't. I want to come back to try the rest of that awesome menu! read more

This is the perfect hidden gem! We stopped in here after a long day in San Diego. The service was friendly, the seating was plentiful, it was clean and cozy. We tried the pepperoni and the margherita pizzas and both were super delicious the ingredients were fresh and the crust was very soft and tasteful. The server also recommended that we try the olive oil jalapeño's, it was an excellent addition to add to our already delicious pizza. I'm looking forward to coming back here real soon. read more

These 4 and 5 star reviewers have lost their damned minds. Full stop. The crust is terrible. I don't mean "passable". I mean that it's flavorless cracker crust that tastes like the owner has an "in" with a frozen pizza company and they're shipping them the un-topped frozen pizza crusts on the downlow. The sauce tastes like what you'd get if Chef Boyardee had a ketchup baby. They also "season" the toppings with dried herbs before baking, which is super awesome if you like the taste of burnt foliage in your mouth. I got a pepperoni and sausage pizza, and it was $30. The cheese they use is absolutely delicious. So... yay! They also put unripened thin slices of tomatoes under the cheese, which- while it doesn't take away from the cheese flavor, it also doesn't add a single thing. Unless you consider "bland" a thing, of course. You know the delicious italian sausage you get on the more expensive pizza joints? It's got bite, salt, fat, heat, and flavor. This place doesn't use that. Instead? They've opted to use what can only be described as a bad meatball in a sausage casing. Their pepperoni was... pepperoni. I cannot stress this enough: dry flavorless cracker with unseasoned ketchup and flavorful cheese. It's like the worst sausage, cheese and cracker platter you've ever had. But it looks pretty! So that's... something. So why two stars and not one? They were super nice. Attentive, even. And for a $30 two topping 16" pizza, they should be. But if they were just normal amounts of nice? I'd be petitioning Yelp to give half star reviews. read more

This was such a different kind of pizza that we ate it all. The small was enough for the two of us. We had to sit outside and it was warm but Steve kept our beverages full.
