This was a great experience. Arielle was a star. She was very patient and informative with her instruction. The weather was great which made the tour perfect. Do not book here! They are running a scam! We had reservations for this past Saturday the 23rd, in which we made through Groupon and we did not get the services! As we arrived through a dirt road, a man without a shirt and his butt crack showing greeted us! He looked to be confused and there was not even a place to park our car! A we saw that we already knew we were going to get a bad service but got out of the car anyways! A lady came out and she kept saying that she didn't usually do this but the owner couldn't be there! Well none of the bikes were working! So we couldn't even rent a bike! The website also said we would get maps, water bottles and coolers and they didn't have nothing! The bikes were filthy and no in working conditions! It was a junk yard!!! We tried contacting the owner multiple times and they are yet to contact us back! So they scammed us and took our money! This place is a junk yard with junked bikes that are not in working conditions! Do not book here!!!! read more

The only reason I'm giving this tour one star is because we liked two of the wineries and we actually ended up making the best of it and having a good time but who isn't able to do that after drinking lots of wine? Okay, sorry but this is gonna be a long rant but I promise you it will give you a better understanding of what you will actually get out of this wine tour - First, I was told that we were signing up for a wine tour that would basically be an all inclusive grand opening winery with lots of different bands. I was told I needed to book a tour and three days later I would be able to switch from the original tour I picked to this all inclusive grand opening thing. I booked the late afternoon/evening ultimate grand deluxe experience. After not hearing anything back for pretty much two weeks after calling and texting back-and-forth with Andrew he finally told me two days before our reservation that the grand opening was no longer happening and in addition we would have to move our tour to the early afternoon one which was 1230 to 530. I agreed because I was assured this would be a great experience and we would still have a great time in Temecula at a few unique wineries. I was also told that we would be picked up with a luxurious tour bus with plenty of space and room and that it would not be filled up completely. So stupid me I agreed and then I realized I had not asked which wineries we would be visiting in Temecula and he text me back saying that we were actually going to be going outside of Temecula but it was an that far away and that it would be worth it. We were picked up late at 12:45 by a driver who almost immediately told us that this should be interesting because she normally cleans houses. Wtf? We then backtracked all the way down to another area of downtown Temecula, which would've made more sense for her to pick them up there first and the van we were in was literally a very cramped 12 passenger van with zero space. My friend and her husband had visited from Texas and we were expecting to be able to go on a tour in Temecula and come back in time for dinner or maybe go in the pool first and then dinner. Both of our husbands are tall guys and a really hard time fitting in the vans which were very cramped. After we picked up the second party there was literally one more seat left in the van besides the front seat where all of our drivers crap is on the seat and after driving to the third location there was nobody there. We literally did not get to the first winery for an hour and a half. The entire time the driver was not a tour guide at all and seemed very uncomfortable and like she didn't know what was going on. There was basically silence in this tiny cramped ass van with no music or anything. The first winery we went to was kind of cool but they still had a massive amount of boxes and it looked like they had barely opened but we're not actually done making renovations. There was live music outside but it was a super old band and it was about 85° so we didn't really feel comfortable sitting out on the patio. The wine was good but the pours were super tiny probably an exact ounce each one. We arrived at the second winery and we were an hour and a half late so we had to wait around to just find seating because none of that was planned for us as well. The second winery we were given lots more wine and I think that's when we started to feel like we're having more fun we also had a great time with one of the people who worked there by the time we got to the third winery we just kind of didn't care anymore and everything was funny. The third winery there was this guy who acted so incredibly strange you would've thought he had four bottles of wine before starting the tastings with us. His property was beautiful but the tasting room wasn't really a tasting room it was actually seem like it was tiny bachelor pad where people could barely fit in the room. There was a bathroom with lots of flies and it was dirty. We had to leave our tour early because we were never told that we would spend the majority of it driving to Warner Springs and not staying in Temecula - if you're reading this far you will have saved yourself a good amount of money & headache - My friends were only here for a limited amount of time and we had to spend 3 hours in a van for a 5 hour wine tour, which is unacceptable and ridiculous! To be honest, I haven't even reached out to Andrew before posting this because the last conversation I had with him on the phone was just him giving me excuses and acting unprofessional so I didn't bother. Also, I just read several other reviews and his response to customers and he acted in the same manner. I'll just call this a loss and try to help others who might be considering doing a tour with this company. Also, He's good at making sure he words things in a way so that you question yourself and what you signed up for. read more

We booked a wine tasting tour with this company through Viator. This company has horrible communication skills-they never answer phone calls and only text. We were initially told they would pick us up from our hotel around "10ish" but then received an email from another representative 2 days later saying to meet at their designated location. We had to call them twice before receiving a text confirming we would not be given a ride. We were required to pay $25 gratuity each to tip all of the wineries and bus driver prior to the trip. Annoying because we didn't know if the service would be good but fine-until they cancelled our tour and we never got our gratuity refund back! They canceled the tour due to van trouble the night before. Disappointing but understand it happens. We were assured they would let Viator know and we would get our gratuity refunded back. I called Viator the next day to confirm and they told me they were never told the tour was cancelled and when they contacted this company they were told "they were in a busy street and would call them back." Luckily the Viator representative was very understanding and refunded us for our tour. I contacted this company multiple times to get my gratuity refunded and have never heard anything back. Long story short, don't waste your time and money booking with this group. There's plenty of better wine tasting tour options in Temecula! read more

I would leave a zero rating, but that's not an option. We're Temecula wine tour regulars, and have tried every tour company around here. This was our first tour with this company and our experience was horrible. We paid a nice price for a wine tour for our group of 6. First, they picked us up in a small van outfitted with additional seats and packed extra people in like sardines. When we wouldn't get in for safety reasons, we waited another 40 minutes for a different van to pick us up. This one smelled so bad - like dogs or something just horrible - with stains on the seats and was filthy. Looked like a pedo van. It had a driver and no tour guide like other wine tour companies. We arrived at our first winery and were handed our tasting cards. We decided we couldn't continue and called an Uber for the rest of our day. Do NOT use this company. I can't believe we paid so much money for such a crappy experience - so disappointing. read more
