The beer was cold and made for a great drink as we set up camp and built a fire. I am a home-brewer and I couldn't stump her, not that I was trying to. When touring Victory, the guide there didn't know much and I wound up giving most of the tour. Straub is very small in size and operations but all employees we met and observed were very courteous and friendly. The endless taps were a nice touch to experience by letting guests sample from 3 varieties of brew. You were able to have 2 full sized cups, not a 4 ounce taster. In the bar/restaurant there were multiple choices of brews on tap or canned/bottled and a vast selection of mementos for the collectors. We didn't eat there as we had packed a picnic lunch for later, but the food we were smelling was very enticing. We want to return for one of the weekend parties they have in their courtyard. Take the time and visit, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
