After having the AC off for three days at their request, they don't show up and don't answer the phone. Do not recommend.

I trust AirWorks. Last winter I found a pool of water around my heating system and I called a…read moredifferent company and had them inspect my unit. This other company inspected my unit and said I needed to replace the entire system at a cost of $12,000.00 to $20,000.00. They offered a 10% discount if I signed a contract at that moment and had them replace my unit the following week. I didn't sign the contract. Instead I called AirWorks for a second opinion. The AirWorks technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected my unit and determined the system was working fine. He said the water pump had failed and that's why I had water on the floor. He was able to replace the water pump in just a few minutes and it only cost me a few hundred dollars. Since then my heater has been working well and I've had no issues. Moving forward I will always call AirWorks first because I trust them.

Great sales tactics on their end if you are evaluating them from a business standpoint. Lots of AI interface and lack of personal human approach to business. I had an issue with my furnace. They came out and diagnosed it, and did the repair that day. Days later when I went to use it, same issue. They came back out and diagnosed two other issues, no mention of why we don't think that those things weren't present the first visit. So I paid for first and second visit. I think I should have been refunded the first visit since clearly that service didn't fix the job. Oh and the best is they already started trying to up sell me a whole new system...they installed mine 10 years ago. They were better 10 years ago.

After reporting a furnace issue (ignitor continually activating after burner was ignited and blower…read morerunning) to my home warranty company, they sent a contractor technician. He diagnosed that the blower needed to be replaced. (I am a certified aero engineer, so am familiar with ignition and burner systems) When questioned about the continuously activating ignitor, he indicated that the continuously running ignitor was "normal." When I sowed him online that the continuously activating ignitor was not normal and could be dangerous, he didn't 52 minutes researching Google on his cell phone and did not change his diagnosis or estimate fir cleaning the fan and replacing the blower that was working fir an additional $240 over the warranty's initial service fee. I called highly recommended Air Systems Solutions in Ventura, CA who arranged for a technician visit the next day. He was very courteous and did a very thorough job and replaced the ignition panel. Aside from the part itself, the service fee was less than half of the original contractor's estimate. Highly recommend work from Air Systems Solutions in Ventura CA.

To top it off their price was competitive and they were able to get us on their schedule in just a couple of weeks. We would recommend them and if we have another project would definitely work with them again. Thank you Brian and the Air System Solutions team!!

I personally had a great experience today in a bit great time of my life lol…read more My water heater has been leaking for days and I just found out it has a warranty left in it for five more days. I had to look for a place that services my Brand of water heater, is reputable, and available! They were able to come out SAME DAY and kept me informed throughout the day of changes in eta. There was a pretty big change in eta but that worked out for me because I was just leaving work to meet their technician. The technician (Roberto Ramirez) was kind and patient and explained what COULD be wrong and what was ACTUALLY wrong. He told me what to look for in the future and possibly how to prevent it from happening again. He told me how to maintain it going forward and some other tips and tricks that might help extend the life of my water heater. Additionally, he contacted the warranty company and worked with them to get the needed part today at zero cost to me which you would think might annoy a company or technician but he didn't seem bothered at all. I appreciated the time put into explaining everything to me as well as fixing the equipment. Would recommend. PS look online for coupons or specials to mention :-)

I asked them to look at it for their $127.50 diagnostic fee. After he went. He left me 5 increasingly distasteful messages including not knowing what was wrong but wanted an additional $800 to replace something that ended up not needing to be replaced. He also wants payment right away. I paid him after work on the second day, he wouldn't allow me time to look at the furnace for myself, in order to make a determination on how to proceed. So I declined any additional work. Since it wasn't fixed and he wasn't at all helpful, I ended up finding the fix this myself by finding and cleaning out a clogged gas feed tube with compressed air. It was good as new. This dude is pushy, rude, and seems to want to guess and check parts at my expense. No thanks. There's better options out there I'm sure. ***In response to the business owner's. We found the obstruction on my next available day off of work. It would have been nice if you could have fixed and/or mentioned that to me. The only mention was of the gas valve at a cost of $800. I said I would find someone else, as this was not my intention to fix this since we had already tried. We got lucky. I would have gladly paid more than your diagnostic fee if you had the ability to fix it. Yelp reviews can be fakes now. Just because I made this a few months ago and didn't report it doesn't mean a single word in my statement is false. Buyer beware.

When our really old gravity furnace broke down and needed replacement, we contacted several…read morecompanies for bids to upgrade our Ninety-year-old home to central heating and air conditioning. After meeting with Jovan from Green Air Logic, we decided to go with his company. We preferred to go with a local company and it was nice to have the owner of the business come out and explain what his company could offer. As our house was really old and there were no existing ducts, it was a complicated installation that requred cutting through plaster ceilings for the air registers and intake. Green Air Logic did a fantastic job in installing the fixtures (my wife is an architect and is really particular on how they were going to look when they were installed) We were very pleased with how careful and courteous the crew was, as this installation took several days to complete (and we were working from home during the pandemic). Our home is much more comfortable with this new heat pump HVAC system, (and it's much more energy efficient than when we used a window air conditioner and space heaters). Everything works wonderfully and the system passed the city building inspection as well as the California HERS test (home energy rating system). We are really happy that we chose Green air Logic and highly recommend them.
