    The only problem I have is the follow up about the parts to fix my heater, other wise they were great seri ve and reasonable price.

I don't think you can measure a business when everything is going perfectly. You measure a business by how they handle things when it doesn't go as planned. Everything has been going great, but we recently had a little hiccup when I added a whole home water filtration system. I was a little frustrated and it took a little bit to get the right person on the phone, but I'm really happy to know that they are the same company from 11 years ago. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I've heard nightmare stories about other companies in the area that will install something and if there is a problem, you are on your own. I see a 1-star review from someone who was frustrated with lack of customer service. I was frustrated with this too. The AI phone interface can be frustrating, but there are good people working there who are trying to do the right thing. It just might take a little bit of patience to get the right person on the other end of the phone. I do know that they are addressing this problem. Julian is my plumber and Sam is my HVAC guy and when they come to the house it's like having old friends visit. At the end of the day, that's what keeps me coming back to them. The work is solid, the technicians are knowledgeable, and when something does come up they stand behind what they do. Eleven years later, that still says a lot about the kind of company they are. I have no hesitation to call them for some of the bigger upcoming purchases that our household needs, like a new AC unit and a tankless water heater. I am very happy with how they addressed this past issue and will be calling them in the future.

Great sales tactics on their end if you are evaluating them from a business standpoint. Lots of AI interface and lack of personal human approach to business. I had an issue with my furnace. They came out and diagnosed it, and did the repair that day. Days later when I went to use it, same issue. They came back out and diagnosed two other issues, no mention of why we don't think that those things weren't present the first visit. So I paid for first and second visit. I think I should have been refunded the first visit since clearly that service didn't fix the job. Oh and the best is they already started trying to up sell me a whole new system...they installed mine 10 years ago. They were better 10 years ago.

    I personally had a great experience today in a bit great time of my life lol…read more My water heater has been leaking for days and I just found out it has a warranty left in it for five more days. I had to look for a place that services my Brand of water heater, is reputable, and available! They were able to come out SAME DAY and kept me informed throughout the day of changes in eta. There was a pretty big change in eta but that worked out for me because I was just leaving work to meet their technician. The technician (Roberto Ramirez) was kind and patient and explained what COULD be wrong and what was ACTUALLY wrong. He told me what to look for in the future and possibly how to prevent it from happening again. He told me how to maintain it going forward and some other tips and tricks that might help extend the life of my water heater. Additionally, he contacted the warranty company and worked with them to get the needed part today at zero cost to me which you would think might annoy a company or technician but he didn't seem bothered at all. I appreciated the time put into explaining everything to me as well as fixing the equipment. Would recommend. PS look online for coupons or specials to mention :-)

    I found Tom, owner of Espa Air, here on Yelp. After reading the great reviews, I called for service…read moreon our air conditioner. His communication here on yelp was fantastic. He was able to come out the same day and service our system. He added Freon, installed a new nest thermostat for us, and added dampers to our ductwork to balance the airflow in the home. I can't speak highly enough for the quality of his work and the integrity of the service. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was more than respectful to my elderly mother and followed all COVID safety procedures. Friendly and efficient, the work was done quickly - including running to the store for parts. I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past with HVAC contractors, I have to say, I will never go anywhere else again for service. Thanks so much Tom. The cold air feels wonderful and is perfectly balanced in the home now. His prices were VERY AFFORDABLE. I can't recommend Tom at Espa Air highly enough to you!

With a major heat wave on the way, I needed AC back up and running, and fast! Tom responded to my request for quote very promptly and was available to come out same day. He showed up with a mask, his toolkit, and a great deal of professionalism. I'm the kind that hovers over a technician's shoulder because I just love to know how everything works and Tom patiently explained lots of stuff about how AC units work...and why mine wasn't. He was able to procure the correct parts and fix my unit quickly and got me back up and running. I held off writing this review until my AC unit had weathered a couple heat waves to make sure that the work Tom had done held up. Everything is still running smoothly and I've stayed cool all summer. Thanks, Tom!
