3 times through and my car still isn't clean. One spot wiped clean with the rag after, so it wasn't stuck on gunk just oil from someone's hand. From multiple visits I can say It gets the car semi clean but never gets the back clean regardless of dirt level and struggles getting bugs off the front. I am no longer interested in being a customer of Quick Quack Car Wash. After my terrible experience at this business, I did my research. Quick Quack Car Wash company policies put customers last, why would I support a business like that? My membership was only 2 days behind and my account simply needed me to update my expiration date on my card on file. The attendant refused me service because I didn't have my credit card on me. QQC could have kept a customer by encouraging me to use the app, but I'm grateful they didn't. I'm glad to know and understand WHO QQC is as a business, and I am happy to boycott and will encourage others to do the same. Quick Quack does not support their customers. Period. My husband went through the car wash and was vacuuming out his car recently when his keys were sucked up from the lanyard hanging out of his pocket. The manager, Jared (I believe was his name), spent maybe even up to an hour on a ladder on a hot summer day doing his best to retrieve the keys, and finally was able to recover them! This is probably the best Quick Quack in a 10 mile radius. It's as clean as I've seen and the equipment all works (unlike a number of other nearby locations). The only I would ding them on is the regular lack of cleaning towels in the car stalls. I constantly need to hunt around to other stalls or try and find an attendant who can get me some. read more

I want to love Quick Quack. I really do. I'm the type that finds a place that works well and then stays loyal for years. Quick Quack is close but not quite there. My car is never really that clean when I'm done. I always have to touch up at home. Granted there are some places where it would be tricky for an automated wash to reach like behind side mirrors or the glass under the roof spoiler on the back hatch, but even spots like the hood are often left dirty. The latest is this bird deposit on my hood that has survived through three (or is it four?) washes now. That just seems like low hanging fruit. And this is just one example of many. Overall I will probably keep going because it's in a convenient location to visit on my way home from work, but if something better comes along I will certainly consider it. read more

I've been multiple times and had the same problem. I pay $22-30ish for a car wash and my car is still dirty after I go through the wash. The staff is great and vacuums work fine, the wash is too expensive and doesn't give the results I expect. I also pay for the more expensive option to ensure I'm getting quality, but it hasn't been up to par the last 5, or so, times I've been. Will be finding a new car wash. Lame! What started as an awesome hook-up to keep your car looking great has flopped to an utter disappointment. 1. I always have to hand dry the entire car, as the washer shoves me through the dryer for like 3 seconds. 2. There are parts on my car that the washer doesn't get to. So I end up hand washing too. 3. Only half the vaccines work. So if you happen to pull into a slot with the junk vacuums, ya gotta re-park. And that's just annoying! 4. I am so serious when I mean there is always something wrong with this quick quack specifically. Once I waited in line for 20 minutes because some lady backed into a guy and the kids working there didn't know what to do. I had to get outside of my car and ask the guy what happened myself because the kids were so clueless. Today they had another incident where one guy was having issues with his membership and had no one directing people into the other line. Waited so long and had to back up into the line without anyone saying anything. I finished the car wash and vacuuming and noticed the car was STILL there with cars behind him. They need to put cones behind the guy because the girl can't work her iPad clearly. I love how they don't offer any spray to clean the inside of your car. Also they won't let you wash your car if you have salt on it to top it off. They are the herpes of car washes they are everywhere and they suck. read more

Great carwash with strong vaccuums, and air hoses. If you wash at least once a week, I think it's a good value to get the monthly deal, otherwise it can be a bit expensive for a single wash. I'll be honest, I get a bit lazy in the winter and don't want to do things manually, so I get the monthly pass, but once it warms up, we just wash the car in the driveway with the pressure washer, so for me it's a seasonal thing I use during the winter months. Staff are always friendly, and they always hand out a small wipe you can use on the interior while you go through the wash. Just be warned that after a good storm that clears a lot of dust out of the air, be prepared for LONG lines at the wash. read more

Friendly and professional employees help you enter the car wash. The car wash is quick and does a great job at getting your car clean. I love how you can come back and clean your car if it rains or snows within 24-48 hours (depending on the car wash you purchased). The vacuuming stations are always clean and tidy. You receive a wipe for your dash after you pay or they take your plate number for membership. The car wash is always busy but there's always enough vacuuming stations available. For those of you who have not been to Quick Quack, you enter the car wash and put the right side of your car wheels on a conveyor like belt you drive on and then put your car in neutral and enjoy the car wash. No need to be nervous, employees are there to guide you with a little sign too. read more

Nothing like a trite response from a customer service rep. Now apparently blaming me for having aftermarket wheels?? I don't - everything on the truck is as stock as the day I purchased it years ago when I was welcomed to the car wash. Now apparently I have to get in touch with someone else to help me stop Quick Quack from charging me monthly fees, when they abruptly and without warning told me I was no longer welcome. I tried using the card they gave me but it is now after business hours and it directs me to download and sign up for an app? Send and email and my license plate and phone number and hopefully someone will call me back during business hours? They are forcing me to remove myself from their system - the last thing I want is to download one of their apps just to be able to then cancel everything and I guess then delete the app?? Just send me to a website don't make me sign up for anything else. Look, I already talked to a "customer service representative" - at the same place I went to sign up for monthly charges in the first place - the actual car wash. Why didn't she just "help" me remove my truck from the account at the same time she said they no longer allow Raptors into the wash, asked me never to return and then handed me a card that simply says call customer care? Short answer is this corporation wants to make it as hard as possible to remove yourself from recurring charges. This is exactly the sort of thing that the FTC is looking in to right now. Why do I need to jump through hoops to quit getting charged from the car wash I didn't want to quit going to in the first place? Why empower employees to start taking charges but not allow them to end those charges, especially when terminating the service is initiated by Quick Quack and not the customer?? This place was much better before it was purchased by Quick Quack. It now costs more. There are no towels to wipe down your car after. No cleaning supplies to use either. This is my updated review after a trial period. I was given 2 months to see if anything changed after the dryer fixes and ownership changes. I am happy to see that there was some improvements. The dryers do cover more area but I still find myself having to use the air hoses to get all the missed areas. I have not gotten stuck in the tracks or had any issues with the larger tires. Happy about these results. Mainly the review jumped up to 4 due to the customer service. They want to keep us happy and that's a big deal. I still pick super sonic when given the option but this location is close to home and it does the job. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Quick quack is great until the windshield of your brand new car is cracked in the car wash and then no one will call you back regarding the incident. An incident report was filled out and I was told the manager would call me back within 5 days. It has now been 7 business days and I have heard nothing. The customer service representatives I have talked to have reached out to Sean the manager multiple times with no answer and they say there is nothing more they can do for me. We are from out of state and leaving to return home soon - driving 20 hours with a cracked windshield. I held the highest level of membership since their grand opening and today once I get to the gate I noticed three kids, one of them claimed to be "the manager" ,all of them were inside their office. watching all of us driving through. I was expecting to check in but they signaled us all to go ahead. I went and asked and "the manager" said: "We are soooo cold!". I made sure I purchased a monthly pass when they opened, for the best wash at only $19.99!!!! Loved it and haven't had a problem until just this week when I went to update my credit card, (the previous one having to be canceled because of fraudulent charges unknown to me) and Quick Quack told me SORRY that "promo" is no longer available. ‍ What?!?!? The plan shouldn't have changed, just a quick credit card update and everything back to normal....... Quick Quack DID NOT notify me by mail or phone me to say that after 2yrs and 7months the "promo" will end??????!!!!!! MAKES NO SENSE I was told something different at the car wash itself and from both Caroline and Lexi at the customer service based out of California. The car wash would not let me speak to a manager. They would not give me a name, number or email to the owner of the car wash, to further discuss my issues. So what I was left with from customer service is that EVERYONES promotions WILL BE changing, YOU will be paying more $$ for the same plan "as soon as the new computer system recognizies the accounts receiving any kind of "promo")????? This is very disturbing. Please be Aware. This is totally wrong and that I received different reasons/statements from each person I talked to, I can only come to the conclusion that they are all Lying or being told to lie or to say things that are totally wrong. For several months now I have been watching the construction of this place, and last weekend I was up in the area at the hardware store and they were open and my truck needed a wash so I tried them out. First the good, the place is super clean and nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are decent for a drive through wash. Also, since it rained the afternoon after I got my wash the 48 hour rewash was great and they were super nice about taking care of me. I also saw that they did a charity wash for a local teenager with a rare form of cancer. That gets them an extra star. The not so good. I found the quality of the wash to be lacking, I bought their top of the line wash and while I didn't have caked on dirt, some splashed mud that was on my nerf bars and on the hub of my wheel did not get removed, even after I went back for my rewash. Also making the turn into the wash itself is a bit of a challenge in a larger truck like my Ram 2500. All in all not as detailed as some of the other places around, but more than adequate for a quick drive through wash after a rain storm or to get the road salt off. I'll be back for that reason but i'll be going elsewhere for a more thorough cleaning. read more

Good car wash, but they keep jacking up their rates, 2 times in one year. One time they told us the second time they did it without any notice. The wash ripped off my mirror cover multiple times with those air blowers. Each quick quack adjusts those differently. I do have a lift on my truck though so shouldn't be an issue for most, so if you have a lifted truck be ready. read more
