The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they don't push skincare products on you. They listen to your concerns, explain the process well and adjust the laser treatments to your needs and comfort level. They also have a laser there that works well with very dark or AA skin - I haven't had any adverse affects on my skin at all after about 8 or 9 treatments now, and I saw big results after my first visit! As the name suggests, their pricing is excellent, making quality laser treatments possible for those of us who aren't independently wealthy!
