    I've been a patient here for three years.. twice a year I'm here for a cleaning .. the staff is fast, friendly and efficient.. I never have to wait more then a couple of minutes in the waiting area. The dental hygienist, dentist and front desk staff take great care of you, checking in with you to make sure you're ok and telling you what's happening next. They email your invoices and call to remind you of your appointmentsz I appreciate the staff does not try to upsell any services or products to me. Of course I'll be back in 6 months..

    1. This dental office does not care about your time. I made an appointment with them for an initial cleaning. I was unable to go to my normal dentist that I have been going to for over 20 years (which I will explain later). At the time of making my appointment, nothing was mentioned about potentially not receiving a cleaning and only having an exam. The day prior they called to confirm my appointment and mentioned they might not have time to do the cleaning, depending on the type of cleaning I would require. I asked if it was just a standard cleaning, would they be able to complete it and they said yes. The day of my appointment I was taken back 20 minutes after my appointment time. The dentist (dr. Sayegh) asked me about any concerns and I mentioned one tooth that I was sure I would need a root canal one. She was very much focused on letting me know my teeth were discolored and that the only way I would be able to fix this would be to get veneers (which isn't my concern at this time). She seemed very unfriendly and didn't seem to want to talk. Next they took me for x-rays which seemed way more extensive than my normal x-rays (more on that later). I was then taken back into the exam chair and the doctor started charting previous filled cavities etc. and she said something and I asked her to clarify and she rudely brushed me off and said don't worry about it, its just for charting. I was taken aback that she wouldn't even try to explain what she was charting. I mentioned sensitivity in one area and she said to use Sensodyne and that she would give me some samples (she never gave the samples) Then I asked, ok will the hygienist now be doing the cleaning and she said she would go check. 25 more mins of sitting in the chair, the receptionist comes back to start quoting my prices on chlorhexidine rinse and fluoride treatment that they use in their standard cleaning but aren't covered by my insurance. I said ok to the prices and asked if they were coming to do the cleaning now. Another 10 mins goes by and the receptionist comes back and says no they are not. She then had to remove the spit guard, goggles and sit the chair up. I was completely dumbfounded that they essentially had just abandoned me in the chair and had left it up to the receptionist to finish the appointment. Then when I voiced this whole situation was frustrating and felt of the receptionist got very cold and stated "I don't normally work here, so I don't know". After spending 1.5 hrs at this office, I had x-rays completed, an "exam" with a rude dentist and that was it. I inquired if the cleaning was more than standard and they confirmed I would just have a standard cleaning. But still no explanation why they weren't completing it when I had an appointment (which I showed they had scheduled in their web portal.....). I figured maybe it was just an off day and I would give them another chance, so I made an appointment for my cleaning as well as for the root canal with the endodontist(who they only have availability for ONE day a month). 2. The day before my endodontist appointment they called to see if I could move my appointment earlier, which I reminded them I could not because of another appointment I had that day. I told them I had to keep my appointment time and needed to be out the door no later than 4:50 pm in order to pick my child up. The day of the appointment I arrived about 20 minutes early since my other appointment was done quickly. Immediately Libby at the front desk was rude and said "oh you are early" and I said yes, I will just wait for my appointment time. She told me I should go to Starbucks next door and wait as they were running a "little" behind. 30 minutes after my appointment for the root canal was to begin, I went and asked when I would actually be pulled back and they just said soon. I also mentioned if they are running this far behind, they should be calling to notify patients. I was getting very nervous because I would be late to get my child and to reschedule this appointment would mean waiting another month since the endodontist only comes once a month. 50 minutes after my appointment time I was pulled back to see Dr. Cipriano (the endodontist). After talking to him and his hygienist I realized they had no control over what this office was doing and they were scheduling root canal appointments every 30 minutes (logically they need at least 45 minutes per appointment), which causes them to fall behind all day. I felt terrible for Dr. C and the staff that travels with him as you could see they were very overworked. The only reason this isn't 1 star is I am trying to give some positive review for Dr. Cipriano and his team as they were amazing! I had never had a root canal before and Dr. C and his staff were amazing at calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable. After he took care of the root canal, I asked him if I would need a crown, and he was dismayed they hadnt scheduled me.

    Great service and great staff. I have 100% trust in the work they do and the communication is amazing. Highly Recommend!!

    Constant cancellations pushing appointments away for months. The hygienist has not stuck to an appointment once in over a year for me.

    Great, friendly people. Very open, laughed at all my Dad Jokes. Extremely gentle and available -- even on short notice. WOULD RECOMMEND!

The dental assistant was nice ...but I was nervous as to how the topical numb med she gave to help lessen the discomfort of the actual needle injection wasn't numbing. It was like she was rationing it, so I asked her why didn't my gums feel numb as I've had this done many times and she assured me all was well. However when the oral surgeon began injection for numbing, I nearly came out of that chair!!! It was excruciating and the dentist was less than empathetic. Now I'm really scared as hell about the rest of the procedure. After all said and done, which I got through without any further ordeal couldn't have come sooner. Never have I felt the pain that it felt injecting numb meds...EVER!!!. Also while the dentist was talking to another patient, I overheard her say to that patient " you look good for your age...you don't smell like an old woman" I said to her assistant "what did she say" and the assistant responded " she's just real blunt". Given I'm an senior citizen I thought that was so unprofessional. Her chair side manners and abruptness needs fine tuning. Not interested in returning at least not to see her. I can be very "Blunt" too. Gentle dental was not very gentle to say the least.

The doctors and employees don't communicate with each other and that's worrisome when you are getting major work done !

    It's a shame to have to leave this practice after being a patient for 10+ years but my family is at…read moreits last straw with the new ownership/management. It's changed for the worse since Dr. Forney was around. The new lead dentist, while nice seems to be pushing a capitalist treatment plan for all patients whether they need the service or not. The old hygienists were very patient and kind about my family's oral health, now they are using scare tactics to convince us to use all these treatments when they're not necessarily needed. I used to come here because the hygienists were my oral coaches and we would create plans together. Now it just seems they want to push all these extra treatments to get more money from each family member each time. I used to pay nothing/very little and now I'm paying for all these extra costs here and there that they're coding in their system. I used to be able to go for a cleaning every 6 months and my appointment wouldn't be longer than 30ish minutes. Now they're 5-10 minutes behind and go well over an hour to clean and they're not doing anything different. Seems like there are constantly new office people, they can't keep or hire another hygienist to save their life and all the original hygienists who I loved jumped ship (probably for the same reasons above). I'm looking forward to finding a new dentist to align with my and my family's values and would never recommend this place to any friends or family.
