I have shopped at J's liquor for about a year and a half the customers service has been okay…read moredepending on whos working, however they recently added two new employees and from boss to manager to employees they choose what they charge when you use your debit card sometimes it's 50 cent sometimes it's a dollar the receipts are super basic so you can't tell that they're taking your money unless you count it in your head and pay attention. They've been in trouble for serving minors and had to pay the consequences! As time goes on the customer service and integrity of this business is getting worse and worse. I never know what I'm going to get charged and have to debate with employees on a regular basis! I spoke with the manager he said he would handle it but it continues to be an argument and at times it's been aggressive. They almost refused service because we pointed out that we're being overcharged and the employee refused to contact the owner or manager. The integrity at the store has gone down and at this point is pretty much non-existent.
