From the start, he was honest, thorough, and transparent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never once tried to upsell us on things we didn't need. We decided to replace both our AC system and gas furnace (after the furnace died on the morning of the first blizzard!) with new American Standard units, and Gill gave us a very fair and reasonable price. While Warrior may not have had "7 trucks ready to finish the job in one day" like some of the larger companies promised, Gill and his team focused on doing the work the right way -- with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Quoting process was very thorough, and we went over almost all options possible. Pricing was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive based on a few quotes that we got. So from my experience you get great value for the service. Scheduling is mostly where my experience was missing that 5th star. Change in scheduling happened about 3 times and so you'll have to be a little flexible because during material and labor shortages due to covid, I'm assuming this where the challenges are. Installation was mostly all clean and went smoothly without any unforeseen issues. This was in about 4 parts: inside unit and compressor one day, outside and inside and basement lines one day, electrician assessment quick look one day, then actual electrician and final turning switch on. There was a very minor issue that we ran into a couple of weeks later but they were able to resolve it within 24 hours at no extra cost. (Covered under warranty)

Harry was one of several responses but stood out immediately. He was quick to confirm stopping by next day to provide an estimate--and , then, he actually did. He provided a timely estimate within the window he anticipated. And, even with my delayed response and questions he continued to be timely. He answers his phone. After the back and forth, and revised estimate (I asked for info on a diff model), he replaced my entire system within a week. I was blown away by his promptness, professionalism, and follow through--all attributes difficult to find in the Lakes Region, New Hampshire. He also provided a slightly lower quote than the couple others received. Although I was on a tight budget, he would of been worth extra if it came to that. It's only been a couple of weeks but so far so good. The take away is: I'm confident that if any installation problems arise within the year, he will resolve them with confidence. Just an all around great decision to go with him. Would give 10 stars if possible.
