I initially had a consulting with Dr. Szu for implant and took a 3D CT. After getting a few 2nd opinions, I decided to go with a Dentist who is close to my home. To avoid to get another CT scan, I ask a copy of the CT. At the beginning, the office is not willing to release the copy. After my insistence, the staff discussed with the doctor and told me the cost to get a copy is $80, and it will be ready 2 weeks later. I understand the cost (although it is very high) but process time of two weeks is not reasonable. I paid $80 and got the file 10 days after I called. But the file I received is not accessible. I don't want to waste my time going back to this office again. So I took the loss of $80 and a 50 mile trip. In addition, Dr. Szu told me I need bone graft before the implanting. All the other two dentist said I don't need to. The one who took the 2nd 3D CT for me said I have strong bone, and bone graft is not needed. I

Luckily, I came back to Dr. Szu and he thoroughly checked my teeth and said I was fine. This is an honest office. Dr. Szu has years or experience and his son who also works there as well. They have a family of dentists/orthodontists and it's great to have a seamless experience. There is minimal wait. The prices are fair. The office is clean. Parking is not an issue (lot in the back). Another thing they do here is that Dr Kitamura along with his dental assistant Christine actually do the entire cleaning for each patient instead of a hygienist. From what i can tell they give a full hour block to each patient give or take which allows them to be a lot more thorough. Now I'm kinda more a go with the flow while I'm there but if you wanted to stop to ask them questions I'm sure they would stop to answer them; so I would say ask if you have any questions or reservations. And I have called into the office with some concerns about my invisalign and how it was affecting my jaw: Christine answered the call and advised me on what I should do until my next visit instead of what I was intending on doing. In my opinion there is a lot more time and care given to each patient here.

I follow chain of command, Nichole Chan did not answer my email; her supervisor Nina Yuen Loc told me to go back to Nicole; the big boss Peter Ng did not respond my email either. Customer Service had no authority to do anything but listen to Peter. They can talk only, not write. If they cannot put what they did in writing what the use to talk?
