Dr. Luu is one of the kindest, most professional, and gentlest doctors we've ever met. We signed our treatment contract in August 2024, and every part of the process met or exceeded our expectations. My daughter, Jasmine, would frequently come home with extra rubber bands and other little items she needed, and we were never charged extra or surprised with unexpected fees or add-ons. My daughter just had her braces removed, and the results are fantastic! We had been a little worried about possible discoloration after treatment, but there was none at all. Her smile looks beautiful. Looking back, the only thing I wish we had done differently was purchasing the extra set of retainers at the discounted rate they offered. We decided not to at the time, but if you're given that option, I'd recommend taking it--it's nice to have a spare set just in case. Wonderful service, an amazing doctor, friendly staff, and a truly positive experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Luu to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Since I had my initial cleaning with a different dentistry office, I forwarded him their findings. Before he dived in, he did a quick re-exam to see if he agreed with their findings. He let me know that he agreed and got to work on redoing 2 fillings and my deep cleaning. During the procedure, he told me that he noticed some residual from my Invisalign (that I had done about 9 years ago!!) and he polished it off. How did my previous dentists throughout the years not notice?? With my kids, he had my son (8) take x-rays with his assistant while he cleaned my daughter's (4) teeth. He was so loving with words of encouragement on how well she was doing. He let her choose the flavor of the toothpaste. Once he was done with her, he moved to the next room with my son and did his cleaning. He finished both within 1 hour. Soooo efficient! I can't recommend SGV Dentistry enough!

They've helped me replace my silver fillings with white filling (long process but worth doing IMO) and now perform my routine cleaning every 6 months! I've also worked with their oral surgeon Dr. Moretta - he is just awesome. Our procedure was done quickly where I was out the door in less than an hour. Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. They are fantastic with scheduling future appointments and will do an outbound phone call reminder a day before your scheduled appointment.

Chen for years for many dental needs and have been always happy especially when he explains things, answers questions and does things quickly and right the first time vs my experience with some less experienced younger dentists that seem to be more about volume and flash. His office might be smaller no frills compared to some of the newer interior decorated offices but he has all the right equipment and experience which is always more important . Bilingual too. Nice staff there too.
