With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.

He tried to tell me that this vehicle didn't have many versions in AWD, which I knew was false. He assumed since I was a woman that I didn't have adequate knowledge on the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I loved it, but they were not willing to fix something minor on it. I called another shop and was quoted how much it would cost to fix that particular problem. Nathan was not willing to go down on the price, even though there was an issue with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to the service department again and see if they could fix it. I never got a call back or anything. Horrible service, horrible attitude. What a crook!

Purchased a used Mini from Sports Car Center - Todd. Past two used car purchasing experience in my…read morelife has been a nightmare. One was from a major car dealer who basically told me that the used cars are "as is" and whatever I find wrong with the car is my responsibility. This was after I purchased the car and on the way home the check engine light came on. I was furious and knew for sure that I had been scammed. But couldn't do anything about it and they didn't even want to check to see what was wrong with the car. Long story short, the car had major oil leaking problems and water coming inside the car every time it rained. I was never going to buy another used car. But I saw a Facebook post for a particular model of Mini that I have always wanted. I went to just take a look and so I drove all the way from MD to PA. Upon getting there I met with Todd who is one of the owners of the Sports Car Center and he explained how he had done a long list of repairs and maintenances on the car. "Yea right, sure..." I was thinking. The car was beautiful. But of course it was hard to believe and trust another person who was trying to sell me a used car. But Todd seemed really honest and genuine. I also met his father who started the business and kept it going all these years. Obviously they would not have been able to do that if they would have practiced dishonest business practices over the years. After a test drive and reading a few other reviews online, I decided to get the car. For at least a week I was on the edge, every time I would find something not quite right or hear a funny engine sound I would call Todd. And EVERY SINGLE TIME, he returned my call promptly and explain things and worked with me to make things right or to give me assurances that there is nothing wrong with the car. It has been an incredible experience considering the Mini was 13yrs old. Everything could have gone wrong and a terrible disaster. But now, I feel very comfortable and know that I purchased the car as described and promised by the seller for the first time in a long time. I would buy another car if I need to at Sports Car Center from Todd.
