Walked in and was greeted immediately and was handed off to Brian. I didn't make his job easy with my vision, but he was patient and took my idea and made it even better. He worked with us in placement and what would look best in the long run. I will definitely be a returning customer. The shop itself was quite the experience. They had jewelry that I needed even tho he told me they were very low on jewelry all together and to check back mid-March. The piece I got was only $10 dollhairs so that made me very happy! He also told me of other places I could check out for the piercings I may want to get hahaha! I don't have tats and will never get any. My theory is...why would I wanna put a bumper sticker on a Bentley? Hahahaha! So I've always been intrigued by piercings...certain ones and that's why I got the one I did. I had 4 others but stupidly took them out. Anyway, this shop is great nevertheless! The staff, is incredibly nice and helpful in many ways. I love when a place refers you to another spot if they don't have what u want or what u wanna get. Says a lot about that business. So thank you to them for that. I appreciate the attention he put into her procedure, along with fully explaining what he was going to do, and going over the aftercare. I would highly recommend him and this shop. The shop was clean, and full of nice people. Remember to bring some sort of ID for your teen with their picture on it and their age.. it's a state requirement.

The shop is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with amazing paintings. I scheduled my appointment many months ago through Wendy. Although we had never met, I felt like we had always been friends. She's so fun and always has a smile for clients when they come in. I met with Tony Adamson and we discussed ideas of how to work with my existing work to create a flowing back piece. It required some cover-ups, which was a bit of a challenge, but the end result was absolutely outstanding. Tony is truly one of the best artists I've ever known! I traveled from San Francisco to have him finish my back and I couldn't be happier that I did. I'll be back for more!! My partner went in for snake bites a few days ago. He went back in today to get a larger bar since…read morehis lip was swelling more so than the first couple days. The piercer that helped him told him they did not have a longer bar in their size. a good piercer would've sent him elsewhere. instead, she says, "we're gonna put a bigger gauge bar in and that should give you plenty of length because we dont have a longer barbell in your gauge" why on earth would gauging up the piercing be a good idea? we took the piercings out tonight and there was copious amounts of puss coming out. for reference, here is a photo of his lip, and the barbells they gave him today. please, do not go to this shop. the service, education, and overall customer service from the employees continue to disappoint me at this store. thank god their boise location shut down! i already did not like this shop because of an experience from a couple years ago. my little sister came to get her lobes done and they were very rude about her being anxious, and rightfully so- she was 10 and had the staff been encouraging and supportive and kind maybe she wouldve had more confidence prior to getting her piercings. with my own personal experience, the male that pierced my rook pierced it so terribly and slowly so it hurt way more than was necessary. then AFTER PIERCING goes, "oh i didnt get the right jewelry" like ??? get ur sh!t together.
