He escorted us to many affordable mattresses. We decided on purchasing a Nectar mattress. The price was a little more than what a competitor was offering, so Jason met their price. He also gave us a great deal on the second mattress. Delivery was scheduled for the that Friday; however, on Friday, we were told it would not be delivered until the following Wednesday. We were disappointed. Mattress firm did not want a disappointed customer and compensated us for the change in delivery. We were extremely delighted. Two delivery guys arrived on Wednesday. They were friendly and efficient. Our mattresses are comfy cozy. We would definitely recommend them, but honestly, we were sold on the customer service!

Of nearly ten stores, The Bedroom Source's service and selection stood out, as there was no rush or pressure and plenty of high quality curated furniture to choose from. Unlike other stores, the employees here were more consultative. We found an option we really liked and Kelly helped walk us through the process and expected delivery. She gave us great personalized service and was very communicative throughout the whole process. In the end, the recliner was delivered even sooner than original anticipated, and we are very satisfied with the quality. Even the delivery experience was positive -- I'd never seen such an upbeat delivery driver. In a world of big box stores and cheap products, The Bedroom Source is a great reminder that shopping at a local family business can give you a great product with a great experience and a great price. Last time...Oceanside store, and the salesman from hell continued to talk over me, despite my being clear as to what I wanted. "Today only, sale gone tomorrow", blah blah blah, and NOT answering my questions. I walked out...a woman chased me sort of apologizing. Tried again today in Lake Success. Lone salesman in empty store...he should have been happy to see a customer. He sort of answered my questions and when I asked for his card, he told me he hadn't any and to take photos of any of the mattresses I was interested in. Is this company interested in selling beds anymore? Seems like not. Weird.

Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.
