He explained the differences between mattresses and their pricing clearly, which made the decision easy. We purchased on Wednesday and had delivery by Friday of the same week. The delivery crew arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. They were exceptional--quick, professional, and had everything (including the setup of our new frame) done in less than 30 minutes. Don't pass this store up! I had to call OneRail to get anywhere - (Nowhere) It was ordered for delivery next day delivery and it will take about 3 days (or more) to get it. Furniture becomes worn looking because of normal physical deterioration that occurs with everyday use. It is expected that there will be some scuffs, a gradual buildup of soiling, and minor damage that occurs from repeated daily use rather than a specific incident. This includes but is not limited to mechanical or structural failure from repeated use rather than a particular event. According to the terms and conditions, wear and tear is expressly excluded from coverage and therefore ineligible for service. My response was. One of the strangest, most infuriating experiences I've ever had in a store…read more We went in just wanting to check out a few mattresses but the clingy, fast talking used car salesman type tailed us the entire time and wouldn't let us just browse. He seemingly kept trying to talk us out of what we were looking for. My wife who is mildly autistic and can't handle such a barrage of sensory input gave him the "talk to the hand" move a couple of times which finally caused him to shut down and tell her that he "hopes she has a better day". And, besides the back and forth for almost a year now with the Crest Customer Service Manager on the sofas we purchased which are obviously defective, I have asked to speak to a store manager or owner as our situation is unique. But, after reading a couple reviews here, I'm thinking others have had similar issues with their furniture purchased at Crest. Our situation is not resolved yet and we took delivery of the sofas at the end of January 2023. It's now almost the end of 2023! I've been told by the Customer Service Mgr at Crest that most requests and issues we have made are not "England's policy". My next contact will be with England directly. We, like Tom K., have now asked for a refund. I was willing to pick something else out until the neglect by the store manager/owner became very apparent. He/she just doesn't care or there's something "off" in this whole picture. Update: I emailed England Furniture and was almost immediately called by the area Supervisor Rep.
