Pretty decent boba place, self order, moderately paced service. They have dragonfruit boba which is quite refreshing, would recommend although it's only on the weekends. Otherwise they service a variety of mostly oolong tea it seems like. I wish they had more tea variety options. Area inside is small, more of a get your tea and go.

A great place to grab your favorite bubble tea, right in the heart of Fenway! I really appreciate the menu at Ten One. They have quite a few herbal and floral and tea options, as well as all the standard tea options. They also bring in a lot of seasonal teas, which are always a great option to try. I do appreciate that there are non-dairy options so that people with allergies can get a milk tea and not suffer for it lol. Lots of toppings options and ways to customize even the "standard" drinks to your liking. The drinks have been consistent when I have ordered (both tea and boba consistency). Not sure if it's all locations or just this one, but they have some fun discounts sometimes. Like for halloween this year, you got a 25% discount if you were dressed up in a costume. They seem to do some BOGO deals too so definitely a place to keep an eye on if you are a bubble tea fan! This location is definitely an order and take your drink to-go, but so are most bubble tea places in the area. Fenway is so walkable, that it is not a problem for me (I mean hey, just go explore Target next door if your heart desires to be inside)! The servers have always been kind when I have ordered and are happy to provide recommendations on what to try. The inside is small, but has a happy atmosphere. Now a plug to sign up and order through Snackpass, especially if you plan to visit every so often. You can accumulate loyalty points and work towards a free drink + an easy way to order your previous drinks or popular drinks other's are ordering.

New bubble tea spot in the Fenway area! The service here was relatively quick and the menu has a good amount of drink options that work for both fruit and milk tea lovers. I'm a little sad that their topping variety isn't too extensive, however it matches their Newbury location so it matches my expectations there. The space itself is pretty small so it's very much just a get your tea and leave. It's honestly a bit expensive for the qualify and quantity, but if you're looking for some bubble tea in the area, this is a decent addition as the tea and toppings didn't disappoint, it was mainly just the price that would deter me from returning.

Drink: 4/5 | Service: 4.5/5 | Experience: 4/5 I got the tie guan yin milk tea at half sugar. I do wish the tea flavor was stronger as it had a nice nutty and deeper taste. There are no tables or seating inside. It is just a counter to order. Nothing in particular stood out, but it was also just your typical bubble tea place.

Brown sugar boba milk tea, Rose fruit tea

Cute little shop on Boylston street! Been here a couple times and had the lavender forest one time and the rose fruit tea and brown sugar boba milk tea another time. All three were amazing and delicious. The staff - I think she is the manager- who was there both times was very friendly and knowledgeable and actually it was her recommendation that we went with and were pleased we did. Ordering is easy and we got our drinks quickly. Sometimes the store can get busy and there maybe a short wait. The inside of the store is cozy and very cute with the signature mascot art on the walls. Overall a great experience and will absolutely return to try the other teas for sure!!

I've gone to Ten One a few times before in other locations, but was really happy to see a location in Fenway! It's tucked near EventBrite and is a little hidden, but it's a cute little spot. You can order at the counter or at kiosks, and I like the contactless ordering it offered. My girlfriend and I ordered the same thing: medium strawberry green teas with half sugar and were the only ones in the store for a little bit. It took about ten minutes to make both drinks and they were delicious! The 50% sugar is still good, but just a liiiiittle too sweet for my liking. I wish places offered 30% sugar or other levels, but that's not a common thing I've seen at other places like this. The employees were quiet, but very kind. Great stop for drinks in Fenway!

I always come here for my boba fill in Fenway! This shop is small and has no seating, so you can only really be in there when you're ordering. The staff is friendly and helpful with your questions/concerns. Since the shop is small though, you may have to wait longer during peak hours, which for me is usually nighttime. As for their teas, I really enjoy their fruit flavors, especially the grapefruit! Their milk teas are also amazing, I really don't think you can go wrong here. They have lactose-free milk as an option too. I really love coming here for a casual drink to sip on, and highly recommend you stop by!

My new favorite boba chain! I only recently started seeing Ten One's pop up around the city. But it has grown to become the one boba place I constantly go to now. This Ten One location is in the Fenway area and it's a small but mighty shop. It was really busy when I got there and there was a line at the ordering counter as well as the ordering kiosk. I always like "contactless" ordering because I always feel bad making so many adjustments (that are sometimes confusing). It's just easier for me to make customizations without bothering someone about it. Their ordering kiosks are actually really great and are able to address everything that I care about; sugar level, ice level, toppings and/or removing toppings. Their kiosks accept tap payment but unfortunately don't take Discover cards as a payment (in case that is your primary card). Their drinks are a bit pricey BUT, as a self proclaimed boba connoisseur, it's worth it for the high quality tea they use and the unique toppings! My favorite drink here is the apple black tea with dragon fruit boba (dragon fruit boba is only available on weekends). But all the other fruit flavored drinks are also really good as well! I haven't had one drink with hard boba yet so they must be timing how long before they make the next batch. I also frequent their Arsenal Yards location, as well as the Assembly One. They def are following SOP's because all my drinks have been consistently good no matter which location I go to- which is great!

I stopped by on 10/1 for their BOGO deal! I don't remember the exact name of my drink, but it was an osmanthus milk tea with brown sugar boba. I was happy to find that the drink wasn't super watery (as I had experienced with the back bay location). It had a light floral taste, but wasn't overpowering to the point that it tasted like perfume. Since the brown sugar boba already has sugar, I'd recommend getting a lower sugar level. For $4 this was an absolute steal. Note: there were quite a few bees flying around the store so maybe avoid this if you have bee-phobia. There were 2 cups at the counter with bees trapped inside them LOL.

The shop is really small. We stumbled upon the Watertown location's grand opening, so they don't have a yelp page yet. But I loved the drinks, and the lavender flavor was very new to me. I loved that it wasn't overbearing as a drink. The Lemon Yakult tasted exactly like a Lime flavored fruit bar. I kept drinking it like, hmm it tastes like something LOL the peach oolong tasted pretty good too. The oolong milk tea was alright. But I love the insulated cup bag. It was only 40 cents! Great place to stop by.

Coconut Mousse

After a short run nearby, I was craving boba tea and saw Ten One across the street and popped right in. I'm a sucker for anything citrus or orange, so went with the Orange Green tea. Loved it! What I liked even more was the last coconut dessert they had on display. It was a ball of coconut with a mushed up center made of mango. If I'm in the area again and they have more of those, definitely coming back!

Matcha Latte with Dragonfruit boba
Isabelle W.

So disappointing since I love the newbury location The menu's the same as the other, but the staff don't make the drinks as well. I always get the matcha tea latte with dragonfruit boba, but the dragonfruit boba had hard cores and the sugar was way too sweet for 50%. The matcha flavor didn't play through as well as it normally does. Please check out the Newbury location. They never miss! This location definitely needs improving.

I've been wanting to come here for a while now and finally stopped in. The menu is very extensive with lots of different options. The tea was good, but it is a bit pricy for the quality of what you're getting. There were only a few people there and the service was really fast and the inside of the shop was very cute and seemed very clean as well. My tea was really sweet with 75% sugar so I'd recommend getting reduced sugar if you don't like super sweet drinks (and especially if you get the brown sugar boba). My only issue was that the staff didn't seem super friendly. I asked a couple of questions, one of which was regarding allergies, and the employees only glanced up from their phones to answer the question and then went right back to their phones.

Great drinks and boba, plus the staff are awesome. I normally get the osmanthus oolong tea, and they use real tea leaves to make the drink

PLUS, they close later than both. I have this bad habit of going here almost every time I have a meal in the area LOL. The addiction is real! I love that they keep adding new drinks to their menu... keeps it interesting. My favorite is still the Mango Coconut Boom but I'm a fan of most of their new drinks, like the Golden Oolong Yuzu & their King Jasmine Guava! I tried the Pistachio Cloud Jasmine Coconut, as well, and it's super similar to one of my favorites from MollyTea. I prefer the one from MollyTea more w/ champaca tea. Since their opening here, I have tried almost all of the drinks & their mango coconut boom is STILL superior! Highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys mango. It is pretty much their version of mango pomelo sago (they have a version with pomelo but I like it without). SO GOOD! ***Pro tip: order ahead of time via HeyTea app. This is a lifesaver, since the wait time is pretty atrocious most days still. Usually takes ~20 min to be ready.

Menu-wise, they have a nice variety of both fruity and creamy flavors. Definitely easy to find something for everyone's palette. I really enjoyed their Grape Boom Drink! The sweetness level was perfectly not too sweet with plenty of freshness from the actual grapes. Their Mango Sago Drink was also great but a bit too heavy. If you're looking for more refreshing drinks, definitely go for their fruity options.

House Special Milk Tea (4/5) - I got this with 70% sugar, and I thought that was a decent "not too sweet" level. I'd prefer even less sugar next time. This drink contains oats, and lots of them. I wanted the deep roast, but they were sold out. I didn't try any of the boba or any toppings, as I usually do not no matter where I go. The oats in the boba is an interesting concept. It's pretty much self-service. You order from the kiosk and they call your order when it's ready. The staff doesn't really acknowledge you otherwise.
