Mango Slush with dragon fruit boba
    Drashti T.

I got a mango slush with dragon boba as a quick pick me up. It was very refreshing on a hot day. The service was fast and it is a nice area to walk around with many stores nearby

Rose Alpine Oolong Tea with clear boba (medium size $7.22)
    Ame G.

Stopped in for the first time and tried their Rose Alpine Oolong Tea with boba ($7.22 for a medium). It was good- light and fresh. When I inquired what the difference in taste was (primarily what the "alpine" taste was) between the Honey Rose tea and the Rose Alpine Oolong Tea, I was informed that the Honey Rose tea is topped off with water, while the Rose Apline Oolong tea is topped off with oolong tea. So, be aware and perhaps ask if the tea drink you're about to order will be "watered down." Also, when I chose a particular topping, the barista refused to add it to the tea drink I was ordering and insisted on another topping choice. So, despite paying $1 extra for a topping, you may be refused your choice. The topping she insisted on (the clear boba pearls) was still good and similar to traditional tapioca pearls. For lactose intolerant people who want to drink a milk tea, Ten One offers both lactose-free milk and oat milk. They also offer two ordering kiosks, which look to cut down time considerably, and the drinks come out in a timely manner. You can order at the counter, too. Good boba tea, a bit pricey, especially considering they water down some of their drinks, no indoor or patio seating, but overall a decent experience.

Fresh Bake Croffle - 1 Pack
    Kelly Z.

Their new CROFFLE is SOOO GOOD! It comes fresh and warm. Super light and airy and a perfect combination of a croissant and waffle. I love the texture it is a crispy and fluffy! My only regret is not getting 10 more because I ate the whole thing in 2 seconds :((( I also really liked the boba on top of it because the boba sugar syrup goes so well with the croffle. Absolutely the best to go snack that I will definitely be coming back for!

Very nicely deep brewed tea!! I ordered a rose milk tea with brown sugar boba and it was sooo delicious. The tea flavor was very strong which I love. Most places taste so milky/watery. They also sell jelly which is very delicious. I got mine topped with boba. Staff was very nice and attentive.

This store is located in Asembly Row which is usually hard to find street parking but I lucked out and found a spot a few stores away. I'd never visited before but I was in the area and craved bubble tea. Locating the store initially was a headache. I passed by it a couple times but I ultimately located it. It was close to closing but the worker was really nice and patient while I browsed through the menu. This was the best bubble tea I've had in a while. The boba was cooked perfectly and it was sweet like candy. I'll definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Boba tea shoppe with fun flavored bobas. They have your typical tea with milk and other traditional flavors like oolong, earl grey, green. They also have matcha, and fruity teas too. Slushies were on the menu too! Cute containers of jelly are on display in the refrigerated case. Oolong, earl grey, matcha, honey, brown sugar tea were to list a few. Too full to try but hope to be back to try some!

Brown Sugar Milk Tea (Boba Included)

I love brown sugar bubble tea. Been here many times. Recommend the brown sugar bubble tea, order it every time and the staff are very friendly.

This place was okay for a drink while shopping at assembly row. Nothing special, but decent boba.

We had already eaten but wanted to grab a drink and couldn't pass up trying a bubble tea spot. So as you'd expect this review is solely for just drinks. Service wise we ordered from the little kiosk which worked well and allowed for plenty of customizing of your drink. That was a positive but also could be a quick way to make your price sky high with most additions being an extra dollar. They give you an order number that will be called when your order is ready. As we were waiting a worker did ask if we were waiting and for our order number and then they seemed to put a rush on making it and they apologized for the wait. Which honestly I did not think we had a long wait but appreciated the staff still. Overall the space for waiting is limited but won't hold that in a negative light since it's a food hall. I grabbed a Mango Fruit Tea with mango popping boba added while my wife got their toasted brown sugar milk tea. Both were pretty good but neither blew us away. My wife did not like the syrup in her brown sugar milk tea, had an odd flavor to it. Maybe we should have picked different drinks that would have impressed more. I would return to give some of their food a try in the future and more drinks though. Friendly staff with decent drinks and located in a very convenient location if you are visiting TD Garden.

We walked into a location that is easy to miss if you are not already familiar with the building, but once inside it functions as a convenient stop when exploring the neighborhood or looking for a quick drink break. The setup is fairly simple, with counter service and access to the shared seating throughout the mall, which gives it a bit more room to sit than a typical standalone shop. The menu is extensive and covers everything from traditional milk teas and fruit teas to some of Happy Lemon's signature cheese foam drinks. The salted cheese series remains one of the more distinctive offerings and is what helped separate the brand from many other bubble tea chains when it first expanded. The combination of sweet tea and lightly salty cheese foam sounds unusual at first, but it creates a balance that works surprisingly well. We ordered the black tea with salted cheese, and the creaminess of the foam against the bold tea base made it easy to see why this drink has built such a following over the years. Beyond the cheese series, there are plenty of options for different preferences. The taro milk tea is a popular choice, while the grapefruit green tea offers something lighter and more refreshing. We appreciated the ability to customize sweetness levels, which is worth taking advantage of since some drinks can lean sweeter than expected at the default setting. The waffle snacks are another menu item that stands out, particularly for anyone looking for something small to pair with their drink rather than ordering tea alone. They come out warm and crisp, making them a nice complement to the cold drinks. Service tends to move quickly, which is important given the steady flow of students, office workers, and shoppers passing through the area. The staff were efficient, and our order was prepared without much of a wait. Being located inside a busy downtown shopping center also makes it a convenient grab-and-go option, though the shared seating in the mall allows for a brief pause if you want to sit and enjoy your drink before heading back out. Happy Lemon remains a reliable stop for the salted cheese series and a broad menu of tea options. It is not a destination in itself, but for a quick drink while exploring Chinatown or the surrounding area, it delivers on consistency and variety without overcomplicating the experience.
