I went to Tenant Law Group in 2023. They work with tenants and landlords and did not correctly file my case. They placed me with an attorney named Bryan, who told me he filed in court. Their firm responded to requests for updates every 3 months by saying waiting was normal. As the one year mark drew near I asked for proof of filing and they transferred me to a new attorney who said it had never been done. I was able to petition them to change firm representation thanks to another law office, who filed just before the expiration date. Management was unapologetic and had given the first attorney a promotion. This firm has a bad history according to the new law group who represents me now. I completed the initial intake and received a quick response from Tom and who asked to me to complete another detailed intake which took several hours entering and collecting information. Once I completed that the intake was reviewed by the TLG. I received an email asking me to get other tenants involved in the matter. I express that I had attempted to engage other residents to no avail. Once this was discussed, I have had no more communication with anyone at this agency.
