I reached out to this group for assistance and initially things were going well. I completed the initial intake and received a quick response from Tom and who asked to me to complete another detailed intake which took several hours entering and collecting information. Once I completed that the intake was reviewed by the TLG. I received an email asking me to get other tenants involved in the matter. I express that I had attempted to engage other residents to no avail. Once this was discussed, I have had no more communication with anyone at this agency. They provided helpful information and were always available throughout our 6 month hassle with our landlord.
