That's when I was told my food had been given to the wrong car. Rather than apologizing and remaking the order, she became defensive about my tone and simply refunded my money. At that point, I was completely out of time and couldn't go anywhere else. I missed my opportunity to eat lunch entirely due to this restaurant's negligence. The manager tried to blame it on "training," but this isn't a one-off issue, this location is consistently disorganized, and this wasn't my first bad experience here. At some point, it stops being a training problem and becomes a management problem. Poor communication, poor accountability, and even worse customer service. I won't be back.
