Part of my order needed to be made fresh, so I was asked to pull around front and wait for someone to bring it out. I waited 20 minutes with no update and no food. Because I was on a strict time limit, I finally had to go inside to ask what was going on. Instead of help, I was immediately met with attitude from who I assume was the manager. That's when I was told my food had been given to the wrong car. Rather than apologizing and remaking the order, she became defensive about my tone and simply refunded my money. At that point, I was completely out of time and couldn't go anywhere else. I missed my opportunity to eat lunch entirely due to this restaurant's negligence. The manager tried to blame it on "training," but this isn't a one-off issue, this location is consistently disorganized, and this wasn't my first bad experience here.
